This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the current system of debt collection of the chosen business entity from 2018-2020. The teoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms from legal and economic point of view. The analytical part of the thesis provides information about the business entity and analysis of the debt, including the method of its securing and recovering. Based on the analytical part, proposals are presented to improve the current method of debt securing and recovering.

This thesis deals with debt recovery among entrepreneurs. The rst part of the work is to explain the legal, accounting, tax and economic terms. Analytical part describes the monitoring of business entity in which it focuses on the problems associated with the recovery of debts and their existing solutions. The last part describes my proposed starting points, as the best and most ecient way to recover the debt, but also how it is already in the emergence of a well secured.

This thesis also includes information about the company m.a. povrchové úpravy, s.r.o. and analyze a contemporary problem of debt recovery in this company. Finally, is proposed the most effective way of debt collection for the company m.a. povrchové úpravy, s.r.o.

My bachelor's thesis deals with problems of debt collection after due date. The theoretical part focuses on the creation, ensuring, limitation and termination claims. It also deals with methods of debt collection according to the Civil Procedure Code, Enforcement Code and arbitration procedure. The thesis analyzes overdue receivables in the company Poličská stavební, s. r. o. and submits proposals for more effective debt collection in this company.

This Bachelor thesis analyzes the debt recovery in the company MERCI, Ltd. The theoretical part of thesis deals with not only recovery of debt, but also the reasons behind debt occurence, therefore the creation, debt security and termination debt. Finnaly, it recommended an effectvie way of recovery and proposed preventive measures against the occurrence of overdue debts.

Issues Involved in Real Estate Auctions

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the auction issue with regard to property in the Czech Republic in terms of particular legislation, but also economic aspects. This theme I have chosen deliberately, because I had a bachelor's thesis on the topic The method of the extorting of the debts in the business legal relations and the success of its using in the practice. Public auction, which is the main chapter of this thesis is a key means of recovery. Legislation auctions is basically divided into two ways by which the auction is carried out, under a law on public auctions and by the Code of Civil Procedure. My task is to explain various aspects of all of the auctions, describe, evaluate their advantages, but also to point out shortcomings. The practical outcome is to analyze and evaluate selected voluntary and involuntary auction and also to consider the possibility of suggestions to improve the auction issue.

This bachelor thesis is focusing on securing claims and debt collections. It is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines claims from legal, tax, accounting and economic perspective. It also serves as a basis for the elaboration of the second part. The analytical part is focused on analyzing overdue claims and the financial situation of a particular entrepreneur. Based on the obtained information from the analytical part, entrepreneurs are proposed ways of more effective securing claims and their enforcement.
