The Family House - Svatý Kopeček

The project is a newly built detached house in the city of Olomouc – Svatý Kopeček. The building stands alone on a gradually expanding housing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The basement is heated and there is a utility room and the storage. In the ground floor there is an entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining room, study, guest room, bathroom, toilet and garage. The second floor is designed as an attic and there are two children's rooms, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. From the hallway on the second floor there is the entrance to the terrace. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is walled with structural elements of POROTHERM. The ceiling above the basement is a monolithic from reinforced concrete and the ceiling of the first floor is made of a panel SPIROLL. The facade is insulated with contact insulating system from Baumit. Gable roof is divided into two parts with different slopes. Minimal slope is 10° and maximal slope is 32°. Roofing is made of metal roofing BORGA. Built-up area is 187,7 m2. Part of the thesis is also the essay about Contact facade insulation (ETICS).
Detached house with a car workshop

This bachelor thesis deals with design of detached house with car workshop in Zhoř u Mladé Vožice. It consits of two detached buildings without cellar on a plain ground. The house is L-shaped with one ground floor and attic. This building is made as a one unit made for four family members with option of accomodation of guests. The house is designed as a single layer clay masonry without thermal insulation with a pitched purlin roof. The building of the car workshop has got only one ground floor and it has a rectangular shape. In the front section there is the car workshop and the back section is a base for workers. The building is designed from clay masonry with a additional thermal insulation. The roof is made from truss girders.

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for a new family home. The building is located in the village Topolná in gently sloping terrain and is designed for a family of 4 members. House is designed as a freestanding, two-floored, with flat roof. The house has a garage. Above the garage there is a terrace and green roof. Vertical structures are bricked of lime-sand bricks, ceiling construction is monolithic reinforced concrete. The house is insulated contact system ETIC with an insulating layer of foamed polystyrene.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of a family living with a hairdressing saloon. This is a two-story house connected to ground establishment . The house is designed for a family of four . Peripheral bearing masonry thickness of 300 mm is lined with ceramic bricks Porotherm 30 P + D on classical mortar contact system thickness of 150 mm of expanded polystyrene. The internal load bearing walls , partitions and ceiling are also for Porotherm . The roof above the living area are counter with visible rafters and insulation is designed as Rafter . Roofing is designed ceramic tiles Bramac Ruby 9th color is chestnut brown and a glaze finish . Above the roof vegetation establishment . Part of the main building is a garage , above which the walkable terrace . The facility is oriented to the north, the residential part of the house mainly to the south and west. Outdoor plasters are designed as thin scratch coat structures in the color combination of olive green and orange- yellow. Windows, doors and gates are plastic in the color of mahogany – imitation wood . The bachelor’s thesis is developed in the form of project documentation step for building construction.

The bachelor thesis solves the proposal of a two-family house on the basis of wood in Strážnice. The work contains complete documentation for construction, assessment of acoustics, lighting and fire safety of buildings. The house is divided into two living units. The first single-storey apartment unit is designed for a two-member family with layout 3 + KK. The second two-storey apartment unit is designed for a four-member family with layout 5 + KK. The apartment units are independent, each with its own main entrance and two parking spaces. The house is designed as a wooden structure, where the vertical structures form the supporting panels, which together with the horizontal track elements form one unit. Fundamentals are solved in the form of base passages based on non-fading depth. Roofs over both units are single, warm flat roof.

The thesis is solving the subject of two-storey detached house with a small business - cafe, which has capacity of twenty guests. One of the challenges in dealing with this project is designing interconnects, without disrupting their operations. House layout is divided into active (daily zone) with accessory (1st floor) and a quiet zone in the 2nd floor. Part of business is solved only at the level of the first floor and its roofing is using vegetative roofs. The aim of this project is to diversify amenities in a small town and create space for leisure.

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a detached house with relax center. The house is designed as two storey basementless brick building with a pitched roof. The 4 bedrooms layout fulfills the design for 4 family members. The relax center is builded from twoo workers and fours customers. The entrance is situated in the northwest part of the house. From which we get into the hall of which is open to the kitchen and living room, staircase room, utility room and WC. On the second floor there are two children's bedrooms, bathroom, WC and livingroom. All of the bedrooms are enterable form the hall and have southern view. In the relax center are twoo masage room with shower, room from workers and the toilets. There is garage and one place under roof from parking twoo cars. It is a brick building of systém YTONG. The roof is supported by VEDAFORM.

The subject of this thesis is a design of new building family house with partial cellar in Lesonice. House is designed for three to four permanent resdents. The object is situated on a slightly sloping land on the outskirts of the village Lesonice. Part of the building is a garage for two cars. The main entrance is oriented towards the main street. Plan dimensions of the house are 16,59 x 17,47 m. Vertical constructions of first floor are made of ceramic bricks of Porotherm, vertical constructions of the basement are made of concrete blocks. Ceiling construction is designed using a technology of Porotherm too. Stairs construction is monolithic. The building is roofed by hipped roof with trusses. Part of the thesis is a project documentation for a construction including constructional details, fire safety, thermal engineering, and acoustic solutions. The project documentation had been elaborated in an AutoCAD program.
