Automatic delineation of ECG signals
Jurek, Jakub ; Janoušek, Oto (referee) ; Vítek, Martin (advisor)
This project deals with basic description of ECG signal and some of known methods of delineation ECG´s individual parts. Next this work deals with detailed description of the method of authors Laguna, Jané, Caminal and realization of the complete delineation algorithm based on this method. Next this work deals with testing this algorithm on the CSE database, evaluation results and comparing results with results of authors of the method.
Detection of QRS complex using leads transformation
Kašpar, Jakub ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Vítek, Martin (advisor)
Main goal of this work is get acquainted with the methods of QRS detection and the principle of ECG transformation. Than to describe one of the already designed QRS detection metod, realise it in MATLAB and evaluate its functionality with signals from CSE database.
Detection of pathologies in ECG signals
Němec, Radek ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Kašpar, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis attempts with methods for detection of pathologies in ECG signals. The first part is focused on the basic theory of heart anatomy, electrocardiography and individual heart pathologies. The second part describes the preprocessing of ECG signals, detection of QRS complexes and detection of individual pathologies. In the third part the detector is being tested on CSE database and my own measured data.
Delineation of ECG signals using methods combining
Zahradník, Radek ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Vítek, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this work is to study and describe the principles and method of delineation of ECG signals. Learn and describe about method of cluster analysis. In this work was created and described three different methods of delineations of ECG signals. Created algorithms were tested on complete CSE database. With cluster analysis were combine created methods. The obtained results from realized methods and combined method were compared with others known methods. At the end of this work is evaluate efficiency of detection of combined method.

Software for QRS detectors performance evaluation
Veverka, Vojtěch ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
QRS complex is the most prominent part of ECG signal. Due to its properties, it is used in calculation of heart rate and serves as one of the reference points for automatic delineation of ECG. Therefore, the accurate detection of QRS complexes is very important. This work is focused on creating of software for evaluation of different QRS detection approaches. The first part includes the basics of electrocardiography, the most common methods for QRS detection and also various artifacts that can affect the detection, The practical part is focused on the development of some detectors and the software itself. The detectors are then tested with software using the CSE database of real ECG recordings.
