Optimalization and analysis of communication services latency dependencies
Zikmund, Lukáš ; Škorpil, Vladislav (referee) ; Endrle, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis is focused on ensuring of Quality of Service (QoS) in wireless network for standards IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n. First part of this thesis is focused on the theory of this issue. It covers methods of data transfer in computer networks and individual transfer parameters especially on parameters needed to ensure quality of service. It also describes standards for wireless data transmission and protocols for real time data transmission. The second part is devoted to OPNET modeler and to simulations created on this program. Simulations are focused on real-time data transfer and compare the standards in terms of delay and jitter.

The alleys had experienced a significant number of changes throughout its history until when they became a typical feature of the Czech landscape. However, the maintenance of these vegetation elements lag nowadays. Therefore, this dissertation thesis titled as Maintenance of Road Alleys in the District of Benešov with a Focus on Binding of Treetops Technology is focused on a survey of the most common troubles and damages of trees. Moreover, it will propose suitable cultivation for stabilization given wood. All potential issues and suggestions will be discussed in order to secure road safety. There is a list of selected road sections that will be assessed: II/114 section H, III/1113 section A, III/1114 section C, III/10614 section B, III/11112 section C, III/11434 section F and the old driveway to the castle Jemniště. The selected trees of these segments are further elaborated in detail in a form of pictorial board with quantified financial costs. The proposed measures can serve like a base for the maintenance of the alleys for an administrator of roads and may be also used in other areas of the district.

Flaps transmissions in surgeries of basal cell carcinomas of eye lids Purpose: The main target of the dissertation is to evaluate our own sample of patients, and by analysis of the monitored parameters confirm the effectiveness and possibilities of the local skin flaps advance in dealing with defects after excisions of basal cell carcinomas of the eyelids and periorbital area. Specifically, in the case of defects for which it is not possible to use a range of simple suture wounds. The aim was to compare the results of surgical procedures performed either by the local rotary flaps or free flaps. Methods: The sample consisted of 133 patients with basal cell carcinoma, which claimed covering defect by skin flaps. In 108 cases, local rotary flap in defect has been used and in 25 cases transfer of the tissue into the defect by free flap. In the group of rotary flaps was in 6 cases simultaneously transplanted part of the tarsal plate cartilage of the ear auricle and in 2 patients a surgical procedure multi flap movements was used. The follow up period in both groups was 2 years. Results: Rate of recurrence within 2 years for excision 2 mm safety rim was 5.3%. Patients with recurrence have a significantly larger surface excision (p = 0.01) and lobe (P = 0.004). Recurrences are significantly more frequent...

The alleys and the tree lines accompanied mankind throughout the journey of his history. During the reign of Maria Theresa alleys experienced the largest expansion, until the alleys have become over time a typical feature of the Czech landscape. Although they are an integral part of the roads in the Czech Republic, they are a frequently despise and leave to their fate without any maintenance nowadays. For this reason, this thesis, with the title "An Analysis Of The Current Situation Of The Road Alleys Selected District -- Benešov", engages of mapping the current situation and the composition of the alleys along the roads I, II and III classes in the district Benešov. There was rated the representation of individual species of trees in the alleys, the types of alleys, species composition, a number of rows, further the completeness, the location and maintenance of the surrounding areas of all the alleys. On the base of ascertain the data, it is possible to determine, in what the condition the road alleys are, which problems we are the most frequently encounter with, and how they will develop in the future.
