The theme of this diploma thesis is a project of the polyfunctional building with offices and sportbar for business activities. The projected building should be located in the village Jemnice in the street ,, Budějovická“ It is a four-storey house with partial basement, which is situated on midly sloping land. The house is built of brick blocks POROTHERM. The ceilings of the house are made out of fundamentals roofs Miako. The partitions are combination of brick systems POROTHERM and Knauf plasterboard partitions. The roof is slant double-coating covering of systém Fatrafol – S810.

The theme of this bachelor´s thesis is a project of the house with hairdressing salon for business activities. The projected building should be located in the village Jemnice in the street ,, Na Předlískách It is a two-storey house with partial basement and attached garage for 2 cars, which is situated on midly sloping land. The house is built of brick blocks POROTHERM. The ceilings of the house are made out of fundamentals roofs Miako. The partitions are combination of brick systems POROTHERM and Knauf plasterboard partitions. The roof is flat single-coating covering.

Assessment of the Return on Investment in Insulating a Residential Building in a Selected Area

The diploma thesis deals with the impact of insulation of a residential building on the price of apartment buildings and the payback period of investments in thermal insulation. The theoretical part deals with the topic of energy intensity, methods of thermal insulation and valuation. In the second part of the thesis, the values of selected apartment buildings are determined by the direct comparison method and the time of return of investment in thermal insulation. In addition, the thesis deals with energy saving depending on thermal insulation. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether and how much will increase the price of an apartment house or housing units due to additional thermal insulation, what are the savings for heat and what is the period of return to investment.

The difference in kinematic and kinetic parameters of running using running shoes, barefoot and shod

Title: The difference in kinematic and kinetic parameters of running using running shoes, barefoot and shod Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the kinematic and kinetic parameters of running using different types of shoes. We tested a sample of four probands aged 20-25 years male. Using applied clusters, we examined the differences in individual runs. Methods: The experiment was attended by 4 runners (men only) who completed a monitored run on a 3D running ergometer at several speeds. A CODA Motion System 3D kinematic analyzer with the appropriate ODIN software was used to evaluate the kinematic parameters, and a 3D running ergometer with implemented power plates and h / p cosmos designed software was used to evaluate the kinetic parameters. The measurements were one-time. The obtained data were processed in Microsoft Excel 2019, where the tables used in this work were created. Results: All subjects demonstrated an immediate change in technique during the transition from running shoes to minimalist shoes and then barefoot. The most significant changes took place in the tread angle, the ankle angle, the cadence of the steps and the force produced by the impact. Eutrophication trends in the Vltava catchment area, Czech Republic

Long-term trends in phosphorus and phytoplankton concentrations were studied in Slapy Reserv.,as a representative of most reservoirs with medium flushing rate in the Czech Rep. Phosphorus and chlorophyll a concentrations increased from the 1950s to the middle 1990s as a consequence of an increase of phosphorus use and release into surface waters by human population. The decrease in phosphorus and chlorophyll a concentrations during the last decade can be interpreted as a beginning of a long-term recovery of Slapy Reservoir resulting from the decrease in P-loading into the surface waters by human population. Further possibility how to reduce phosphorus input to the surface waters is especially P removal from municipal waste waters. After higher reduction of phosphorus from waste waters, accomplishable especially by the entire elimination of P from detergents and by technologies of enhanced P removal in waste water treatment facilities,the trophic status of Slapy Reserv. lower than in the 1950s can be expected.
