3D metal printing

The work presents a literature search of current technologies for 3D metal printing. In the introduction, the individual methods are divided according to the forms of material into powder, wire, and string. The methods using metal powder are SLS, EBM, and DED. Other methods are ADAM, PMD, and WAAM. For each technology are described the principle, printable materials, usage, and example of the product. For methods using electric arc are described possible metal transfers and their limitations.

Web Application for Managing and Classifying Information from Distributed Sources

This master's thesis deals with data mining techniques and classification of the data into specified categories. The goal of this thesis is to implement a web portal for administration and classification of data from distributed sources. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to test different methods and find the most appropriate one for web articles classification. From the results obtained, there will be developed an automated application for downloading and classification of data from different sources, which would ultimately be able to substitute a user, who would process all the tasks manually.

Production of a stamp for leather using 3D printing

The thesis focuses on the possibilities of using 3D printing technology for the production of leather stamps and describes the influences affecting the stamping process, such as the amount of water contained, the hardness of individual areas of the leather or the effect of the thickness of the leather. In order to describe the behaviour of the leather and the stamp during the embossing process on a hydraulic press, an experiment was designed to determine regression curves describing the skin deformation area and the stamp buckling area. The individual curves of stamps made from materials designed for FDM and DLP printing were compared with conventionally manufactured brass stamps. By comparing the curves, the suitability of the material for embossing was determined. PLA and Resin - Basic materials achieve the required parameters and can be used. The use of 3D printing technology opens up the possibility of producing both large and highly detailed stampings, at a significant reduction in product cost.

Diet of great cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo) in conflict localities

vi Abstract Continental subspecies of the great cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo sinensis) is the Czech Republic's most important fish-eating predator. It causes damage to production fish, as well as sport fishermen and even after its removal from the Czech list of endangered species in 2013, it did not disappear from the spotlight of both local fishermen and researchers. This thesis evaluates the qualitative and quantitative composition of the cormorant's diet during winter 2011/2012 at two selected locations: the Žehuň pond (Kolín district) and Berounka river in the natural reserve Zábělá near Pilsen. This work studies the main components of cormorant's diet in the selected locations and evaluates potential fluctuations and changes in its composition during winter. The study also conducted the analysis of the proportion of commercially harvested valuable fish in cormorant's diet and studied its diversity of the species spectrum. The resulting data for the two sites were compared with each other and with relevant literature. Regurgitated pellets analysis, as well as analysis of diagnostic bones and fish remains located at the sleeping roosts (night roosts) were used for the diet analysis. Open-Source CMS Comparison

The thesis is dealing with open-source content management systems. It explains us how to understand the aim of these systems, it describes their features and application.In the next section it compares chosen systems on the group of special tests carried out by unprofessional users.Finally, two different web pages are transferred into the best ranked system and features for administration of web content are being assessing in practice.
