Title: Comparison of heart rate dynamics In Aerobic Dynamic K.ickboxing and Aero-kickboxing Goal: Assessment of heart rate dynamics In Aerobic Dynamic K.ickboxing and Aero- K.ickboxing Method: For evaluation of relations connected to performance of cardiovascular system of respective individuals questionnaires were used. During selected classes of Aerobic Dynamic K.ickboxing and Aero-kickboxing I have measured heart rate using sport testers. Collected data were analysed and graphically evaluated via Polar Precision Peďormance 3.0. software. The outcome in the form of graphs showing individual's heart rates were the subject ofmy assessment. Results: Research results confmn the hypothesis that the motoric content and structure of individua} classes are sirnilar, classes differ in intensity of peďormance which is reflected in different heart rate dynamics and obtained values. 44BSTRAKT Nazev práce: Využití somatických znaků a motorických testů rychlostních a koordi- načních schopností pro yýběr vojáků do kurzů boje zblízka. Anglický název práce: The use of somatic features and motor tests of speed and coordination abilities for the selection of soldiers participating in close combat courses. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je výběr prediktorů, které jsou prezentovány motorickými testy rychlostních a koordinačních schopností a somatickými znaky, za účelem predikce úspěšnosti osvojení technik boje zblízka. Metoda.: Diplomová práce je zpracována jako empirický kvantitativní výzkum obser- vačního typu a sleduje diachronní vztahy mezi kriteriální proměnnou a spojitými nezá- visle proměnnými. Pro analýzu vztahů a závislostí mezi proměnnými byly použity me- tody popisné a inferenční statistiky. Pro získání somatometrických dat jsme použili me- todiky běžně používané v somatometrii a v somatotypologii podle Heathové a Cartera ( Štěpnička, 1967). Kriteriální proměnná byla hodnocena dle současné škály pro hodno- cení technik boje zblízka v Armádě České republiky. Title: The concept and checking of the karate kata training methods Objective: The aim of this dissertation is to find out the most effective karate kata exercise training methods. Methods: The experiment was achieved with the Metod of the simple, direkt and shared observation of three examined groups ( 1 group consisted of 20 examined subjects). The next method which was used was the metod of testing, measurement and comparison. By using these methods there was ascertained the most effective kata exercise training method. For this ascertainment there was used the Czech Karate Association practice (testing) regulations focusing on six techniques we have chosen. Conception of a new Kickboxing examination code for testing technical skills up to 1st Dan

Work title: Conception of a new Kickboxing examination code for testing technical skills up to 1st Dan. The goal of this work: The primary goal of my master's paper is to break the current and past Czech kickboxing examination system down to the individual levels of technical skills and examine each of them. Further, it is my aim to propose and develop a detailed conception of new examination code from 7th Kyu to 1st Dan. Methods: I carried out a content analysis of the current and past examination code for testing technical skills in the Czech Republic and compared those with examination codes from abroad. I consulted the proposed new conception of the examination code with professional specialists. Based on their advice and based on information sourced from various publications I developed the detailed new conception. Results: A new examination code with well arranged overview of the required technical skills of a kickboxer for each level of the downwardly system of kickboxer's technical proficiency is the output of my work. Method: In making my theses I used usual methods like dokument analysis, interrogation and observation. I replenished this acquired information with study of Czech and foreign literature, reading magazines and searching on internet. Also I completed this infonnation with my own experience. Results: In this diploma theses I described all of basic punches and defences in box. Process is systematic from basic pose and simply punches till offensive combinations, active and passive defence. Title: Attitudes competitors kickboxing coach to lead the way during the match Objectives: The main objective of this study is to examine how athletes perceive their coach in leadership (coaching) during the match, whether this behavior coincides with their preferences and what attitudes they have. Furthermore, these results are interpreted as a feedback to coach who lead a match to the increase effectiveness of its leadership and also show that perception during the match and athletes's preferences are very individual and different. And therefore coaches should not follow just generalized research into coaching but they should work with each athlete individually and according to theirs specific needs. Methods: In this thesis were used a method of structured questionnaire and semiguided interview. The structured questionnaire was used in the detecting method of coach leading during the match and preferences of participants. The semiguided interview method was used to specify preferences and attitudes towards a method of coach leadership. Title of thesis: Construction of preparatory period for Taekwondo WTF. Purpose: Purpose of this bachelor thesis is creation of a plan for preparatory period with all its belongings. It shoud be applicable in praxis and it should provide needed physical condition for subsequent periods of yearly cyklus. Methods: To make bachelor thesis secundary sources were used, above all expert literature which deals with the theme and websites. Within the practical part there is made the training plan of preparátory period for 12 weeks based on secundary sources and author's own findings from praxis and the describtive method was used.
