Problematic Aspects of Personal Data Protection

The thesis consists of five chapters, introduction and conclusion. The author of the thesis deals with introduction to the problematics of personal data protection and its relevance in the contemporary world in the introduction of the diploma thesis as well as with demarcation of the aims of the work. In the first chapter, the basic sources of legislation in the area of personal data protection are demarcated, both in Czech and in European and international level. In the second chapter, the attention is paid to the basics of the legislation in the area of personal data protection, whereas the author deals with demarcation of basic concepts, in the second subchapter she gives an overview of basic principles of personal data processing and in the third subchapter she summarizes legal titles for personal data processing. The institute of Data Protection Officer within the meaning of General Regulation is analysed in the third chapter. The first subchapter deals with demarcation of cases where the processor is obliged to designate the Data Protection Officer. The author pays attention to the problematics of requirements for qualification of the Data Protection Officer in the second subchapter. Ruin as an aesthetic object

This bachelor's thesis is focused on ruins as specific aesthetic objects. The thesis will first remind us about the beginning and rise of aesthetic interest in ruins in the eighteenth and nineteenth century, which mainly stems from the category of picturesque, which was prominent in this period of time. The first part of the thesis mainly focuses on the theory of Sir Uvedale Price, who discussed ruins in terms of picturesque. This part also looks at historical changeability of ruins and the approach to them. Next the thesis discusses ruin as an object. This entails analysis of the defining trend of the term ruin in dictionaries as well as in texts written by authors interested in the aesthetics of ruins. The aim of this part is to create a unique definition of the term ruin. After creating this definition, the text continues by discussing ruin as an aesthetic object. A ruin is in terms of its value a complexly structured object and outlining this value structure is the aim of this thesis. This part therefore focused on discussing elements, which the ruins consist of and which together play a major role in constituting an aesthetic object. Legal Aspects of Internet Gambling Games

1 ABSTRACT This thesis deals with legal regulation of gambling games operated on-line and some other legal aspects related to this legal regulation. This thesis consists of three chapters divided based on their topic. In the introduction to this thesis, the author sets out ambitions and aims of the work, enlightens the reasons for her choice of this topic and introduces scientific methods used for creation of the thesis. In the first chapter, the author deals with the conditions for operation of gambling games on- line, whereas this chapter is logically divided between three different subchapters. The first subchapter pays attention to legal regulation of act No. 202/1990 Sb., on lotteries and other similar games (hereinafter referred to as "Act on Lotteries"), which is not effective anymore, in particular to the possibility of operating lotteries and other similar games through internet.
