This master thesis deals with management of municipality property municipality Stará Turá in the years 2013 - 2018. The theoretical part defines the territorial self-government in the Slovak republic, as well as management of the municipality, budget revenues and budget expenditures and municipality property. The analytical part contains basic information about the village Stará Turá, analysis and subsequent management of municipality property in the years. The last part deals with the possible utilization of the economic result for improvement of the municipality of Stará Turá.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the Financing of developer project. The theoretical section concentrates on the characteristics and development of the construction industry. I describe developers, their activities and types of developer projects. Additionally, I look at the possibilities of financing and managing these projects. In the practical section, I present a developer project, its individual parts and finally describe the method of its financing.

MODEL OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF COMPANY AND ITS EFFICIENT IMPLEMENTATION

Objective of doctoral thesis is creation of model of financial management of company based on determining the optimal set of key indicators of success and their interaction principle in order to improve the efficiency of the company. Creation of a model of financial management of the enterprise is based on the study and comparison financial and managerial practices of ten large construction companies located in the Czech Republic and in Portugal. A model has been created that links the methods of financial management and analysis. The model was subsequently successfully tested on two specific companies. It was also proposed methodology, sequence of steps for its implementation and subsequent use in practice. To determine the effectiveness of decisions made, the EVA method was used. The model evaluates the financial condition of the company, determines the dependence of financial stability on external factors, determines the tasks that the company must fulfill in order to increase the company's efficiency.

Alternative Solution of Investment Project

The aim of the diploma thesis „Alternative solution of investment project“ is to describe the investment project, its life stages and to determine its possible variant solution in terms of tradability with it. Based on the processed analysis and calculations, the work takes place on the difference between investment projects and determines the risks that could invest arise. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part characterizes the concepts of housing construction, housing, real estate market, real estate valuation, construction project management and economic efficiency of the project. The selected investment project in the given locality is chosen for the diploma thesis. The practical part of this work identifies the location, determines the list of categories of housing units according to the investment project, determines the total cost of the investment project, prepares an analysis of the profitability of the investment project, calculates the economic efficiency of the investment project and finally evaluates the differences.

Theoretical part describes basic concepts of reconstruction, character of protected houses in Zlín, ways of reconstruction, itemized budget and real estate apraisal. The practical part is mainly focused on the information about building, ways of reconstruction and price of construction.

Use of subsidy resources for the implementation of the investment plan in the municipality

The present thesis deals with the use of subsidy sources in a municipality. Its objective is to describe the investment project and to evaluate the means of financing and influence on the development of the municipality. The theoretical part of the thesis delineates the investments, options to finance the public investments, and regional policy of the EU and its grant and subsidy schemes. The final part of the thesis outlines and evaluates the public project "Traffic Safety in the Municipality of Svésedlice“, which was co-financed from the EU subsidies. The efficiency of the project is assessed in the conclusion, along with recommendations to achieve improved efficiency.

Cost management in the Construction Company Using Management Accounting

The theme of the thesis is „Cost Management in the Construction Company Using Management Accounting.“ Its aim is to define management accounting and to point out its options, as part of cost management. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the construction company, the cost management and the description of the individual managerial accounting subsystems. The practical part deals with the description of the current state of the cost management model and its individual components in a selected construction company. At the end of the thesis, there are presented suggestions for application of the improved cost management model within the management accounting, for more efficient cost management.

The Way of Financing the Construction of a House from the Investor's Perspective

The main subject of diploma thesis is definition and description of different possibilities of financing the construction of family house, then processing and evaluation of variants offered by selected bank companies in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, there are basic knowledge about given issue, which are further applied in the practical part. The practical part deals with the comparison of various financing and selection of the most suitable ones according to selected criteria.

Financing of Construction Contract from the Aspect of Investor

The aim of Bachelor’s thesis is to acquire the possibilities of financing revitalization of blocks of flats from the aspect of supplier. It is the most common problem in the present time, since most of these houses are in very poor conditions with the need of repairs. The theoretical part is focused on financing of contracts, which are involving the possibilities of obtaining grants and loans for important realizations. Further, the practical part deals with the subsidy input to the project and its influences of the financial sites. The practical part deals with subsequent analysis of the contract at the non-recognition subsidies and the need of obtaining a loan.
