Kindergarten

This thesis describes the design of a kindergarten in Novy Jicin. It is a detached building on a large and gently sloping land. Visually, kindergarten divided into three parts and it is on two-storey part of themselves compartment attached with two-storey in the middle part. The building has a rugged design (form L-shaped). The building is brick sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation system, based upon the strips foundation, nobasement and covered with a warm flat roof. In the single-storey part there is the only MS (max. 25 children). In the middlesection of two-storey there is a main part of kindergarden on the first floor and kindergarten facilities located on the second floor there is a small department with special classes (max. 10 children). The layout of the building is consistent with the operation of kindergartens, fulfill the requirements for barrier-free use, safety, fire resistance and overall stability. The building includes parking for 15 cars. The work includes project documentation for the construction and specialization.
Small apartment house

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new-built small apartment building in Litohor. The apartment building is partially basement with three above-ground floors and one main entrance to the building. A total of eight residentail units and common areas for the residents of the building. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic masonry units. The horizontal loadbearing structures and staircase are made of reinforced monolithic concrete slab. The roof consists of a cut roof. Windows and doors are made of aluminium. The building will be heated by the heat pump. There are sixteen parking spaces in the ground.
Detached house with a shop

This bachelor thesis deals with a project documentation of a detached house with a shop. The building is situated in Zdar nad Sazavou in Vysocina. The house is divided into a living part for a 4-6 membered family and a shop with computer and music CDs. The part for living is two floored. This is a two-storey brick building with a gabled roof. The shopping part is only one floored, brick object with a flat roof. The building is designed in the Heluz system and located in a flat terrain.
Mountain guest house

The content of the master thesis is processing of project documentation for The Mountain Guesthouse in Trojanovice, first done as a pilot project and then as a feasibility study. It concerns a two-storey detached building with a parking stand, with a basement. This house is designed from the Porotherm building system, ceiling construction - ceramic ceiling panels, saddle roofs with dormer windows. The work also comprises thermal technical assessment chosen constructions, fire protection report, protocol - the energy label of the building envelope, dispositional design and further calculations.

This project designs a new building of family house with an establishment as a separate object. Family house is single-storey with residential attic, without a basement and with a gable roof. The establishment (hairdresser) has a shed roof. The building is designed as a wall construction system (Porotherm) with a contact thermal – insulation system. There is a garage located among theese objects. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements.
Halfway home

The aim of the work was to design a residential halfway house in Brno, in the districts of Maloměřice and Obřany. The proposed objects are located on the plot around the boundary of the parcel, thus creating a space between the houses that can be used as a sport playground. The complex is designed to provide residential services for orphan young persons under the age of 26 who, after reaching the age of majority, leave school facilities for institutional or protective care or for persons from other childcare and youth care facilities. The halfway house always includes social therapeutic activities and social care. Therefore, the main place of the complex is a therapeutic building. In addition to the building, there are two residential hostels. Each residential building has seven apartments 2+kk and a common room. Each apartment has a bedroom, a living room with kitchen and hygienic equipment. Up to four people can live in each apartment. The supporting structure of buildings is formed by YTONG blocks. There are two floors and the basement floor that is partly below the ground floor in each residential building. These buildings have a rather rhythmic structure. The facade is made of two types of materials – white smooth pargeting and wood decks.

The subject of this thesis is a suggestion of a complete project documentation of a family house with an artist studio in the town of Telč, Na Sádkách (Jihlava). A building land is situated in almost flat terrain, the cadastral plot No. 7316/12 on the outskirts of Telč in a calm mildly built-up area near a forest. The house has two floors and is made of ceramic shaped bricks Heluz, a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling. The flat roof over the studio is vegetative and over a residential building is finished by asphalt strips. The studio has a separate entrance and a toilet. The main social part of the ground floor is connected with the studio and with a relatively large garden. On the first floor there is a rest area with five bedrooms.
Small apartment building

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is the processing of the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the village Česká, district of Brno-countryside. It is a detached building with partial basement and two floors, in which there are a total of 7 dwelling units. On the first floor there are 3 completely accessible flats with a layout of 3+kitchenette and a terrace and common areas of the house in the form of a meeting room, bicycle room and cubicule for each flat. On the second floor there are 4 spacious flats designed with a layout of 4+kitchenette with balconies, designed primarily for the families with children. In the partial basement there is a utility room of the building and a common storage. Parking for residents of the house is designed in front of the building on the plot owned by the investor. The building is located in a quiet residential part of the village Česká on a slightly sloping, north-south facing plot. The building is designed in the longitudinal masonry structural system with a transversal shear tract, which serves as a communication space with a staircase. Basement external walls are walled by concrete formwork blocks, the rest of the building is walled by clay blocks. The construction is based on strip foundations made of plain concrete and finished with a flat green roof. There are cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors and staircases. The whole building is insulated with the contact thermal insulation system ETICS.
Detached house with a florist

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to prepare a project documentation for an execution of a building. This project is focused on a new detached house used as a florist in Domamyslice, Prostějov. It is a single-detached house with one above-ground floor and a residential attic. The building with an intricate ground plan is located on a flat plot, it has no cellar and it is covered with gabble roof and its eastern part ends with hipped roof. The structure of the building consists of large format panels of cross laminated timber by NOVATOP Company. In the above-ground floor there is the main entrance which leads to hall with staircase. The living room with dining room as well as the kitchen and the terrace are accessible from the hall. In the hall there is also a bathroom, a toilet, a technical room, and a laundry. The florist (including a sale area, a kitchen, a toilet and a store room) is also situated in the above-ground floor. A quiet zone in the attic consists of three rooms, a bedroom and a conservatory. The owners can use two bathrooms (toilets included) and a cloakroom. A parking space for the customers is made on a hard surface in front of the entrance to the florist and the one for the owners is designed with a roof.
