The main goal is to revitalize the area between the streets of Nové sady, Úzká and the building of Malá Amerika. As the location is in close proximity to the historic center of Brno, great emphasis is placed on the potential of the location and the maximum use of land. The building is integrated into the development to complete the city block of office buildings Titania and to put as little strain on the environment as possible.
