Title of thesis: Contribution of consulting service to a change of lifestyle Summary: The question of healthy life style has been recently in the centre of frequently discussed topics. The population's lifestyle has changed noticeably in comparison with the past and high-quality nutrition and regular motion activity is frequently neglected. People suffer from stress, lack of sleep and all these factors bring an increased level of heath risk. Among others, the society reacts to this fact by founding an amount of consulting clinics which try to help people to change and achieve a healthier and better quality life style. This thesis is concerned with an effect of a programme individually formed by a consultant on a change of life style and consequently on a change of female physical constitution at the age of 18 - 65. The research is supposed to reveal whether the program itself, regular controls and feed - backs will bring positive changes of life style and if there consequently follows a reduction of body weight as well as improvement of other physical parameters. Methods: Analysis of the literature, comparing information targeted in the content of the work of literature, analysis of my own experiences from my riding praxis, analysis of independent observations of horse riders, analysis of experiences from lessons with my riding students, compilation of information into a complete whole and methodological manual. Title: Healthy lifestyle in curriculum of preschool-age Goal: The aim of this thesis was to determinate an extent of attention to healthy lifestyle in curriculum of preschool-age children. Futhermore the thesis monitored an attitude of selected kindergarten towards issues of healthy lifestyle of children. Research: A quantitative (non-standardized questionnaire) and a qualitative (interview) method as the research method was used. Results: In conclusion, selected kindergarten pay sufficient attention to various parts of healthy lifestyle of preschool-age children. We discovered differences by Montessori kindergarten among the others. Title: Evaluation and classification in academic physical education Goals: The main goal of this work is to analyze the opinion of the current teachers of physical education on the methods of evaluation and classification in academic physical education within elementary and high schools. How is the relation of the tutors towards classification and verbal evaluation of the students within physical education and what are their main criteria for evaluation. Further, evaluate students questionnaires related to their opinion on given classification. Methodology: The methodology used in this work was a research questionnaire within 20 schools in Prague (10 elementary and 10 high). The first questionnaire, which was created for teachers, had 40 questions where the first 36 had a closed form and the remaining 4 questions had an open form, where respondents answered with their own opinion. The second questionnaire was created for students and had 39 questions. Only one answer was possible for each question. Only the last question had an open form. The questionnaire was focused on the ways of the evaluation of students within physical education, criteria for classification within physical education, scarcities and priorities of these ways of evaluation. in English The title ofthe diploma thesis: Conditions for psychical training and sport ofthe convicted women in the Prison Světlá nad Sázavou Goal ofthe thesis: the goal was to describe, document and evaluate conditions for sport programs in the women Prison Světlá nad Sázavou. And further to fmd out the overal! participation ofthe convicted women in sport programs offered by prison and to describe their motive- power level. ln conclusion I compared their outcomes with outcomes of civil population ofwomen. Method of the thesis: Finding out ofthe conditions for physical training and sport was done by questionnaire method among 91 convicted women. The motive- power level was tested on 80 convicted in accordance with standardized test called UNIFITTEST. The women under the test were divided into four groups; in each one were about 20 women. And their outcomes were compared with civil population ofwomen. Outcomes of the thesis: Outcomes ofthe motive - power tests illustrate that all groups of the convicted women under test achieve in average lower outcomes than civil inhabitants. Title: Relationship of children with intellectual disabilities to physical activities. Subject: Research work was attended by 229 pupils (89 girls and 140 boys, mean age 14, 10 ± 1, 22) Prague's elementary schools practical and 30 pupils (11 girls and 19 boys, mean age 15, 92 ± 1, 28) Prague's elementary schools special. Goal of the research: To determine the relationship of children with intellectual disabilities, respectively pupils in primary schools practical and primary schools special to physical activities. Method: To meet the targets were used two unstandardized questionnaires. Both contained a ten-structured and unstructured items that identify the relationship of children with intellectual disabilities to physical activity - specifically the school physical education (in the first questionnaire) and where applicable sport that kids do in their spare time (in the second questionnaire). Results: Hypothesis, which we assumed most popular physical education as a school subject of elementary school pupils of practical and special, has not been confirmed. Title: Health education in elementary school Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to create an educational manual for health education and its verification. Methods: In our thesis we used quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis and the method of comparison. We used a questionnaire as the quantitative method and for the qualitative method we interviewed selected students. We apllied the method of comparison in the evaluation of student's knowledge in pre and post questionnaires and in comparing the knowledge of 9th and 7th graders. Results: We discovered that 7th graders improved their knowledge and the greatest improvement was reached in the topics of self-conception and physical self- conception. Also we found that the knowledge of 7th graders are better than the knowledge of 9th graders. Keywords: body care, nutrition, self-conception and physical self-conception, physical activity.

Need for Achievement and Physical Performance in Youth 12 - 14 Year Old Student: Bc. Pavlína Vlčková Supervisor: Prof. PhDr. Antonín Rychtecký, DrSc. Objectives: The main objective ofdiploma thesis was to find out the actual physical performances in 12 - 14 year old students both gender at the Elementary school of Komensky in Jílové u Prahy by use the selected method of the UNIFITTEST 6-60 and compare them with the results of former studies (Chytráčková, 2002; Rychtecký, 2006). The other objective was to diagnose the need for achievement in these students and compare them with the results of study carried out twenty years ago in Czechoslovakian young people (Kostka et al., 1987). Methods: The purpose, objectives and hypothesis of thesis were targeted in conformity with the available literature. The standardized UNIFITTEST was used. The level of physical performance of the selected sample of students was examined by the use of selected tests of the bartery of the UNIFITTEST. The test results were compared with the results of former surveys carried out in 90'of 20 century (Chytráčková, 2002) and in the year 2006 (Rychtecký, 2006).
