Educational Programmes in Rehabilitation Classes of Special Primary Schools

My thesis wil be focused on the problems with education of children with severe mental retardation in the rebahilition classes of the special primary school. The introduction will pay attention to the characteristics of the children with severe mental retardation, including the case report. Then there will be explicated the specifics of the rehabilitation classes; their organization and therapy. I will focus on the actual legislative regulations. The thesis will be aimed on education of the sensible pedagogy at the rehabilitation classes, expecially on senses tools usage mapping. As an outcome there will be an overview of some tools for senses perception progress, which turned out through tuition at rehabilitation classes, and further possibilities for their exploitation.

Evaluation of The Transition from Tax Records to Accounting System in The Specific Enterprise

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the transition from tax records to accounting system. The aim is to define the terms of the transition from one type of economic activity to another and theoretical analysis of this transition in order to model the change on a particular economic entity.
The first part focuses on the general theory of tax management, accounting system and the definition of economic activities and their presentation. Following the analysis of legal standards and professional literature, a draft of the individual process steps has been drawn for the implementation of transition of an economic entity.
The second part of the thesis is focused on the application of information obtained on specific existing economic entity. The aim is to implement the transition from tax records to accounting system with full completion and the possibility to launch the operation of the accounting system in the following tax period.
The final part offers the evaluation of the transition from tax records to accounting system examined from the perspective of a tax entity, the government authorities and the public. There are illustrative financial statements included in the thesis as practical insight.

The human rights of children living in families and children in foster care in accordance

This thesis deals with the human rights of children living in families and children in foster education accordance with the legislation in the Czech Republic. In this thesis I present the structure and evolution of socio-legal protection of children and the laws that govern it. In this thesis my aim was to make comparison with selected European states and the countries of the European Union and propose recommendations de lege ferenda protection of human rights of children in accordance with Czech law and in accordance with international legal standards. To achieve this, I used the analysis of these documents. Based on the comparison and based on the data have been proposed recommendations leading to the observance and respect for the rights of children in the Czech Republic.

Bullying and other forms of discrimination in the workplace and legal means of dealing

This thesis deals with bullying and other forms of discrimination in the workplace and legislation in the CR. The aim to propose recommendaions for the protection of victims by the legal system of defining and de lege ferenda proposals to strengthen the rights of harassed employees. The thesis is an analysis of different types of bullying and discrimination and comparison of legislation in the CR legislation in selected EU countries. To find legal aid for victims of bullying and discrimination is a summary of acvivities of specific organizations mentioned issue and solve it from a legal point if view - a specialized non-governmental organizations, state authorities and the courts and labor inspection authorities.

The issue of the Arctic in contemporary international relations

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the Arctic in contemporary international relations. First, there are described theoretical definitions of basic terms like Arctic and international regime , then the intrnational regime of the Arctic with its history and its comparism to the regime of Antarctic.In conclusion there are described declarations of Arctic states and their interests in the Arctic.

Development and functioning of the Antarctic Treaty System

The aim of this work is to evaluate effectiveness of operation of the Antarctic Treaty System and to identify main problems which have appeared during half-century of its existence. In the introductory part of this work I describe the history of formation of the Antarctic Treaty System with focus on development of territorial claims in relation to Antarctica. In another part, the attention is payed to key provisions of the Antarctic Treaty, which is the essential document of the whole system. I also describe two chosen bodies of the system and with the use of their example the principles of functioning of the whole system are illustrated. The last part deals with those controversial points of the system, which are relevant in the present day and which might be important in the future as well.

Controllership

The diploma thesis focuses on the problems of operational controllership and the instruments used for their solution. In connection with these issues the thesis also defines the role of the controller, in particular his authorities and responsibilities. The theoretical part of the work looks at the academic conception of controlleship. The practical part describes the main functions, duties, activities and the system of cooperation in between controllership and other departments in particular company. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to compare two main streams of the controllership historial evolution - german stream is pictured in the theoretical part and english stream is pictured in the practical part. All the information used in the thesis were taken from listed literature and also obtained by means of analysis of the company's internal data.

Velká Británie - Vybrané etapy z procesu dekolonizace

Hlavním cílem mé práce je posouzení jednotlivých vybraných etap dekolonizace Britského impéria s přihlédnutím k politickým a ekonomickým jevům, které se na tomto procesu odrazily a ovlivnily jeho průběh. První část je obecně zaměřena na celkový dekolonizační proces, jeho hlavní etapy a zásadní události v těchto etapách, které určovaly hlavní rysy dekolonizačního procesu, druhá část se blíže zaměřuje na specifika rozpadu impéria v jednotlivých zemích, konkrétně Indii a Iráku.
