Analysis of Chosen Concepts of Quality Systems in Further Education in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the area of quality of further education. It focuses in detail on the concepts of quality of further education, standardized quality management systems at international level (ISO 9000, EFQM Model Excellence) and specific systems used abroad (Swiss model eduQua and German model LQW). The work focuses on specific concepts and proposals of quality education systems developed and implemented in the Czech Republic. The output of the thesis is an analysis of selected concepts (National Qualification System, Project Concept, Quality in Further Professional Education), critical assessment of their form (methods, methodology) and reflection of their implementation into practice and impacts on quality in further education. The thesis links the theoretical knowledge with the practice of solution of system quality assurance in further education. Florence through the ages in selected works of Vasco Pratolini

The subject and main aim of this master's thesis, "Florence through the ages in selected works of Vasco Pratolini" is to introduce author writing in the 20th century, and his native city - Florence. We observe which means the author create the image of the city (places, characters, atmosphere, but also events) and how the image is changing over time, especially due to the historical - political context. We gradually introduce several faces of city of Florence. This thesis is based on three major works, three novels: Il quartiere (1943), Cronaca familiare (1947), Metello (1955). Research of teachers opinions on teachers professional development

The work is focused on the relation of teachers to further their education in conjunction with the current proposal career system. Based on information from the scientific literature, in the work is shown the list of developments further education of teachers in the Czech Republic after 1990, and from secondary sources is defined by its current state. Work also continues to address the career system for teachers, with an emphasis on the text of the selected proposals, including the current one. Through the results of an empirical investigation that was conducted on selected two primary and two secondary schools, are then presented to the views of teachers in these schools watched topics. The dates that were analyzed from empirical investigations are also in conclusion, compared with the theoretical assumptions that are listed in this work. Mario Pratesi and Tuscany

The subject and main aim of the bachelor thesis, "Mario Pratesi and Tuscany" is to introduce a quite unknown and hardly accessible author writing in the 19th and 20th century, and his native land. The introductory section outlines the historical background and presents the highlights that are related to the unification of Italy. A description of the author's life and a chronological review of his works follow. The next chapters are devoted to Tuscany, the author's native land. We try to find out to what extent Pratesi's creation was influenced by the environment in which he was born and grew up. Next is an analytical part, in which we introduce several major topics that the author uses in his novels (focusing on numerous elements) and according to those we attempt to create a comprehensive picture of Tuscany and its inhabitants at the time. This is based on two major works, the novels: L'Eredità and Perfidie del caso. A brief insight into the language of Pratesi's works with emphasis on regional and dialect influences is considered too. In conclusion we outline the strengths and weaknesses of the author's novels and try to figure out why Mario Pratesi is an author rather less well-known, both in the Czech Republic as in his native country, Italy. Status of riding sport in Vysočina region

This bachelor thesis deals with equestrian sport in the Vysočina region. It concerns about the past, the present, but also its development and future. The text focuses on four main aspects. These are the numbers of horses, education, race, including the prestigious Golden Horseshoe and financial donations. There is compared quantity of horses in the Vysočina region with other regions and also numbers of horses in Vysočina from 2003 till 2014. The thesis also deals with the organization of official competitions during the same period. It monitors numbers of official competitions including the specific trends of each equestrian discipline. The official competitions organized in Vysočina include the finals of the high popular competition Golden Horseshoe. The next aspect which is monitored is education of riders and horse breeders in the region provided by Czech Agricultural Academy in Humpolec. The last chapter of the thesis is dedicated to the financial support provided by the region of Vysočina for the development of equestrian sport, both for competitions and equestrian clubs.
The thesis approves the theory that equestrian sport in Vysočina is developing. Monitored numbers of horses nearly doubled and there is obvious growth each year. Amount of competitions in the Vysočina were changing during the period. Most frequently, there were held around 20 - 30 competitions per year and for the next year there are planned 32 official competitions. Negative tendency can be seen in the numbers of students of the Agricultural Academy in Humpolec. The last chapter focused on financial support coming from Vysočina region and it shows that horsemanship is supported in this territory because it is beneficial for the region. Lot of people are periodically attending competitions, where families spend their leisure time. Horse riding also leads children have relations to agriculture, animals and mainly sport. Czech Agricultural Academy Humpolec educates young generation of people who after graduating are seeking employment mainly in the agricultural sector. By this the academy brings new qualified workers in agriculture to the region. What is more, the successful riders and breeders represent the region in national and international level.
