The Integration from the perspective of teacher from kindergarten

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out attitude and experience of the teachers from the kindergarten with school integration. The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part define teacher's role, there are described requirements on his personality, professional competencies and liability in accordance with Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro předškolní vzdělávání (RVP PV). I focused on special needs of the child and on the alternative ways of his education. I mention school counseling institutes and their role in processing pupil support levels during education. In the last chapter I define concepts like integration and inclusion and I deal with legislation related to school integration. Then I present factors which could be disruptive to successful course of integration process and their pros and cons, and I also speak about importance of the teacher during integration. The practical part is focused on determining the attitudes of teachers towards integration and processing their experience with educating a child with disability.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out, how school integration process works by the eyes of the teacher from the kindergarten. Role OSN v prevenci a řešení mezinárodních konfliktů: Případová studie bývalé Jugoslávie a Sierry Leone

The aim of the Masters Thesis is to analyze the role of the United Nations in conflict prevention and resolution. The theoretical framework lists a set of tools that should be followed in order to achieve a success in UN peacekeeping operations. Based on the list of the tools the Masters Thesis continues with two case studies. The case study of Former Yugoslavia and its peacekeeping operation UNPROFOR is considered to be one of the biggest failures of the UN peacekeeping. In contrary, the case study of Sierra Leoneans peacekeeping operation UNAMSIL then represents a successful UN peacekeeping operation. The Masters Thesis is concluded by a comparative analysis of these two case studies which evaluates the development and the implementation of these tools in each of the case studies. The analysis brings the answer to the research question which asks why some UN peacekeeping operations are successful whereas others completely fail.
The role of the U.S. in Six-Party Talks

This bachelor's thesis deals with multi-party negotiations about denuclearization of North Korea called Six-Party Talks. The negotiations took place from 2003 to 2009 during presidency of G. W. Bush. He was known for his hard-line policies towards enemies of the United States. The role of the U.S. is the main topic of the thesis. The first part analyzes the concept of hegemony and its historical development. The second part deals with the idea of identity of the U.S. through the theory of constructivism. The last part mentions the Six-party Talks itself. The American politics, strategy, main interests and aims of the negotiations are presented along with the form and evolution of the talks. Last but not least, the thesis portrays the main reasons of the discontinuation of negotiations. The main aim of the thesis is to find out the cause why the Six-party Talks crashed before they reached a solution.
The Change of Trust of Greece in the EU Institutions in Connection with the Migrant Crisis

This Bachelor thesis analyses the extent of how the trust of Greece in EU institutions has changed in connection with the current migrant crisis. The thesis is divided into two main chapters. The first one is describing the migrant crisis, explaining facts of its progression, main routes used by migrants and their usual destinations. It also aims to determine the genuine impact of the migrant crisis on Greece and its economic, political and security situations. The second chapter is focused mainly on roles and reactions of EU institutions during the financial as well as migrant crisis and also to the consequential change of mutual relations and trust between the European Union and Greece.
The Paradise of the Free State of Bavaria and its activity in international relations

This study focuses on the foreign relations of the Free State of Bavaria and surveys cultural, economic and political activities at European, regional and bilateral levels. The analysis provides insight into key actors, tools and channels for promoting Bavarian interests. Emphasis is placed on elements of federal organization within Germany. Particular attention is paid to the Representation of the Free State of Bavaria in Prague and the Czech-Bavarian relations. Based on the study of papers and interviews with three experts in Germany, the thesis seeks to answer the research question as to what assumptions, tools and motives the Free State of Bavaria has for its foreign policy activities.
The engagement of private entities in the migration industry and their influence on the sovereignty of the state

Bachelor thesis analyses the engagement of private sector in the migration industry within the international context and furthermore it identifies the extent of involvement of international enterprises into migration process in Great Britain. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the commercialization of migration in some way restricts the state sovereignty, which will be examined on each stage of the migration process individually using the relevant theory and the definition of sovereignty.
The comparison of the organization of work in the Geology Library of Czech Geology Service and Library on Vinohrady

(english) The thesis is focused on work organization and motivation of employees in the Geological Library of Czech geology service and the Library in Vinohrady. Used the method of comparative librarianship, several pages are devoted to the methodology of the procedure. It is generally dealt on work organization and motivation of employees, based on knowledge gained decomposition productions of the library system andissues of motivation are determined sub-hypotheses. The verification is proceededin the following chapter, which includes the results of a survey carried out among employees. In conclusion, the contribution of the work is reviewed.
Comparison of approaches of the European Union and the United States of America towards the security threat of Islamic State

The diploma thesis presents comparison of security and strategic culture's approaches of the European Union and the United States of America towards the threat of Islamic state. Comparison is based on two separated analyses of complex strategy and particular steps of both subjects from different methodological points of view. Each analysis consists of security and strategic culture in the light of historical milestones, factors of engagement in fight against Islamic state, complex counter-terrorism strategy and particular steps taken against the Islamic state. Based on comparative analysis both approaches will be compared and the thesis aims to answer the questions, how did both the USA and the EU challenged the threat of Islamic state, how these approaches differ and also what exactly stands behind these concrete steps.
Evaluation of US Provincial Reconstruction Teams in Afghanistan

The thesis analyses the aims that were set up for US Provincial Reconstruction Teams (PRTs) in Afghanistan and evaluation on how far were these aims fulfilled during the reconstruction in Afghanistan. The thesis focuses on the structure of US PRTs and its difference from PRTs of other nations that operated in Afghanistan in 2001-2013. The thesis discusses different scenarios for future development of Afghanistan.
