The bachelor's thesis deals with the problematics of securing receivables and debt collection. The theoretical part describes debt from a legal, accounting, tax and economic perspective. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of debt from a particular entrepreneur for the period from 2018 to 2020. The conclusion of the thesis is submitted proposals to improve the system of hedging instruments and debt collection.

Assessment of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

The diploma thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company TOR Cheb, spol. s r.o. during the years 2007 to 2011, and formulates proposals for improvement of the problematic areas. The theoretical part defines basic terms, methods and indicators. The practical part of the thesis characterizes the firm, and evaluates its performance and financial stability on the basis of selected methods of financial analysis. The interpretation of these results is the starting point for the proposal part of the thesis.

Who is a designer

To what extent can anyone call themselves a designer? Where is the line that decides why and who is a designer? The aim of this bachelor thesis is to answer these simple questions. The author simultaneously draws from her own long term experience, working as a main bartender in a pub, where she tries to redesign the the core processes of this pub based on her participatory observation. As an employee she has a bigger potential of resolving the existing problems, which she finds absurd while working, or she can suggest their solution in a way that is more sustainable and co-worker friendly, but at the same time takes into account the boss and the community that shapes around the said place. The long term employer or an invited expert (designer) doesn't actually perform the job. Which means that they can't assess the situation and recommend a meaningful solution.

Design of a bus station and parking spaces in the village of Bojkovice

The aim of the thesis is elaboration of a study dealing with designs for reconstruction of the bus station and parking spaces near the railway station in the municipality of Bojkovice. Bojkovice is a town in the district of Uherský Brod and is located 12 km from the district town of Uherský Brod in the Zlín Region. The study concerns itself with selection of one of the alternatives, that one which best fits the given locality. All of the alternatives are located in the built-up area of the municipality of Bojkovice. All of the alternatives have been designed in accordance with the valid standard ČSN 73 6110 Design of urban roads.

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of taxation of individuals from employment from 2000 to present. It takes into account not only income tax but also the burden of social and health insurance. The aim is to describe and evaluate the various changes in the taxation of individuals from employment in time and then to show examples of the model, what impact it had on the taxpayers and their tax obligations as well as taking into account the social and health insurance.

Teachers' work with e-resources: a comparison of face-to-face and distance teaching

This diploma thesis explores two teachers' approaches to electronic learning resources. The topic is in the current context relevant more than ever, especially when the eventuality of face- to-face education again shifting back to distance learning remains possible. Therefore, it is necessary to know how teachers work with and use electronic materials in preparation for classes and directly when teaching. The main aim of this work is to find out how have the two selected teachers used e-resources in face-to-face and distance learning and to compare their approaches in order to identify differences and similarities in their attitudes. This thesis is qualitative research in which the researcher chooses two methods - interview and observation. Apart from that, it contains theoretical and empirical part. In the former, the author defines the terms teacher, teaching resources, ICT, and e-learning resources. All these listed terms relate to the empirical part where the particular approaches of both teachers are explored with the help of seven identified categories. In the discussion, the use of electronic teaching resources in face-to-face and distance learning as well as approaches of both teachers are compared. Donedávna představovala daktyloskopie vrchol kriminalistické identifikace. S vývojem vědy a techniky samozřejmě vznikají a vyvíjejí se nové identifikační metody, které doposud užívané metody doplňují a v určitých oblastech nahrazují. Staví kriminalistickou identifikace o stupínek výše, v dnešní době jde především o velmi rychlý vývoj v oblasti užití DNA jako prostředku k určení totožnosti konkrétní osoby. Přesto všechno je ale daktyloskopie stále považována za velmi důležitou, v mnoha ohledech nepřekonanou a nenahraditelnou součást kriminalistické identifikace.
