Harness tester

This thesis deals with issue and construction of wire harness tester. In the first place, is this thesis focused on market exploration and comparison of comercial testers with concrete requirements for small batch production. I will try to find a suitable product in worldwide market, which would be convenient for company producing construction machinery. For testing switchboard harness we need to test interconnections between connectors, resistors, relays, diodes, transils and switches in the dashboard. If I can not find some product, I will try to design some new tester. My priorities will be testing all components in harness, maximum flexibility of tester for the future trends in contruction of rollers and user friendly control.
Design slide, save it for travel and the pressure roller to stick the plates on the assembly machine.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map a knowledge survey of present state in the area of disk plough-harrows and its working organs’ construction. In the first part is briefly described history of agriculture, development and possible structural design of disk plough-harrows. Further it focuses on the best variant choice and working organs’ construction. In conclusion follows the evaluation of established knowledge.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse loading forces which impact on the frame of the disk plough-harrow during the real operation, suggestion and assembling of the measuring system for measuring of real loading. On the basis of this measuring to accomplish structural deformational tensor analysis of the frames load-bearing’s machine. In the introduction is shortly described using of the disk plough-harrow in modern agriculture. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to the suggestion of the measuring system and loading measuring under real working conditions. The second part is focused on deformational tensor analysis of the frames load-bearing’s machine through the method of final elements. In conclusion it follows the evaluation of gained pieces of knowledge.

This thesis deals with problematics of air/fuel mixture diagnosis od older carburetor motors. Especially for motors with more than one cylinder. In this thesis are informations about commercial product for diagnosis, brief informations about function of CV caburetor and best setup of fuel mixture. The next step in this thesis will be design, construction and testing of device for the diagnosis air/fuel mixture in practical use. Device will be able to measure mixture and other values witch can be used for best carburetor setup.
