The fates of European football vice-champions from 1996 and the football industry in the 1990's

Smelík Jakub - Osudy fotbalových vicemistrů Evropy z roku 1996 a fotbal v 90. letech 20. století Abstract The work aims to deal with the period of the 90s of the 20th century in the football environment not only in the Czechoslovak and Czech conditions, but also abroad. The narrators who took part in the expedition to the European Football Championship in England in 1996, as well as people from the non-player field, will contribute to obtaining information on the researched issue. That is, people with an interest in the sport that make it so popular in the world. Sources and literature dealing with the topic will also be used. The research will deal with the comparison of football parameters, possibilities and features offered by individual football associations across the researched area. At the same time, the work will deal with how the narrators were affected by the change in the environment, whether they had problems adapting, agreeing, or getting used to new conditions and lifestyles in different cultural conditions with regard to the European Championships in 1996. Jan Syrový and Russia in 1914-1920

in english: This thesis is separated into two main parts where the first one is concerned with Russian history in the years 1914-1920, starting with the causes of the situation. Afterward, it is also interested in the personality of Jan Syrový and his work at the so-called Siberian Anabasis in 1914-1920, during the First World War, the civil war in Russia and his move to the port in Vladivostok and return to Czechoslovakia. Along with the Raw character, he also addresses the views and views of his colleagues, peers, and others who have come into contact with him. Archived materials (magazines, letters) and also more lately literature served as the main sources. For a better idea of the time, the responses in the press were used.
The Czechoslovak Legion and the civil war in Russia from the perspective of Jan Syrový

This work deal with the operations of the legions in Russia from the perspective of one of the most important commanders of the Czechoslovak Družina Jan Syrový, then from his attitude on the civil war in Russia to his move to the port in Vladivostok. The study is not aimed directly at the sight of one character only, but also on the views of peers and volunteers coming in contact with Syrový and their insights on the General. The study should focus on the ordinary lives of Legionnaires during their journey through Russia, their solution of their everyday duties and rest. I would like to concern with the career procedure of Jan Syrový. As the main source for the study of work will serve archival materials (magazines, letters), but also the recent literature, to illustrate the situation should serve testimonials in the period press and materials written in the time of Russian march by Syrový's contemporaries.
