Apartment building

This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house. The building is designed as a free-storey house on a sloping terrain facing the south side. The entrance of the house is oriented the north-eastern side. In the same section of the house there is also vestibule, garage, hallway with staircase, bathroom with a toilet, guest room, a children room, workroom, living room with dinning room and kitchen with access to the terace. On the sekond floor there is a priváte priváte zone whitch consists of children room, a bedroom with dressing room, toilet, bathroom and werehause for needs. In the underground floor there is technical room, a food store, corridor with shelves, sitting with kitchenette, toilet, relaxation room and garden tools. In the underground floor are two extrances to the garden. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south and east which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceilings are composed of panel spiroll. The building is covered above the 1st floor with a vegetation roof with a slope of 2% and over the 2nd floor with a hut roof made of trussed trusses.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building. The building is concerning three floors in one part and two floors in the other part. Entrances for residential area and services are separate. On the first floor there is a barrier-free apartment, technical facilities and there is also space for trade and services. On the second floor there are three residential units and office space. On the third floor there are housing units. The roof above the 3rd floor and partly above the 2nd floor is designed as a flat vegetation with limited access. The load-bearing and non-load-bearing masonry in the above-ground floors is made of ceramic blocks. Overhanging walls, as well as shaft walls, are designed from plasterboard. The facade is solved by the ETICS system. Ceiling structures are composed of pre-tensioned SPIROLL panels. The roof is vegetative, flat.

Disciplinary liability of a lawyer Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the institution of disciplinary liability of an attorney at law. In the nine chapters, including the introduction and conclusion, the individual key institutes and concepts are being examined and the boundaries of the relevant legal regulations are being outlined. The first chapter of this thesis is concluded with a treatise about the Czech Bar Association and following description of its organizational structure. The second chapter presents the reader the issue of the liability as a whole and its specifics in the relation to the topic of this thesis, i.e., the problem of attorney's liability in the public law context, but for the sake of completeness, the due attention is being paid to the liability in the private law context. The legal-philosophical third chapter about ethics, ethical conduct and its concept in the context of advocacy and the practice of legal services of attorneys aims to give a closer look at the reason of ethical norms in professional environment. Furthermore, given the undeniable influence of compensation on the work of legal professionals, it is the compensation that is the subject to quite extensive criticism in this chapter about ethics. Alternative Solution of Criminal Proceedings Besides Standard Criminal Proceedings Focused on Conditional Suspension of Prosecution and Settlement

The work is about ways of punishment of offenders of less serious offences within alternative solution of criminal proceedings. It is focused on two types of diversion from standard criminal proceeding, specifically on conditional suspension of prosecution and settlement. There is shown the way of punishment of offenders in particular historical eras documenting change of society's bearing of crime and offenders. Than it defines theoretical ways out for implementation of alternatives into criminal law and description of system of alternatives in valid criminal law in the Czech Republic. Main focus is given to definition of institute of conditional suspension of prosecution and institute of settlement including conditions for its application and cross comparison of such diversion from standard criminal proceedings. It is not forgotten the role of Probation and Mediation service of the Czech Republic by application of such diversion into practice.

Home arrest - possible alternative to imprisonment

This thesis deals with house arrest punishment as an alternative to classical imprisonment. It starts with analysing various perspectives on the purpose of punishment, penalty function and using human ? law documents defines limits for sentencing in the criminal justice system. Furthermore this work overviews house arrest punishment by historical moments in different legal standards of the Czech Republic since dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Empire to the present. This work describes the current legal system of house arrest punishment, methods of control, tasks of the Probation and Mediation Service in connection with house arrest punishment and compares it with classic imprisonment. At the same time it contains a brief overview into different foreign laws and ethical analysis of some aspects of house arrest punishment. In conclusion, the author assesses if house arrest punishment fulfils the purpose of the punishment in the soft form of personal freedom limitation and looks at this institution from the perspective of legal aspect ?de lege ferenda?.
The Cultural Diferences among World Regions in Relation to Hotel and Gastronomy (South Bohemia - English culture)

Bachelor´s thesis deals with analyse attendance of South Bohemia group of English´s tourists with regard on their cultural differences, customs and different mentality. The insight into actual situation not only of the hotel industry bring in two interviews and personal research and survey. Thanks to which were identify their wishes and needs and together with it were reveal deficiencies that are barriers to develop incoming tourism to the destination. At the end of this work are make a suggestions for improvement of situation in this area.
