Legal aspects of environmental protection in the preparation and development of line constructions

English summary Thesis: Legal aspects of environmental protection in planning and construction phases of linear constructions. Purpose of this thesis is to summarize and comment environmental aspects in legal regulation of proceedings that lead to execution of linear construction projects. Linear constructions in Czech law system are represented by two groups of constructions: transport infrastructure and technical infrastructure. Construction and following operation of these projects are related to many sources of negative influences on environment and population. First national legal regulations of environmental protection existed already in 1970's, but main legal regulations were adopted at first in 1990's. Actual national environmental protection law is heavily influenced by regulations of international and European Union law. Main sources are represented by Aarhus Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters and European EIA and SEA Directives. Recently, construction projects are evaluated in two phases - strategic and project phase. The bachelor thesis reveals selected links and connections of pedagogical aspects in approach of Moshe Feldenkrais and Ivan Vyskocil. It also describes their meetings and beginning professional collaboration in the late sixties of the 20th Century that hasn't been recorded yet. The author brings this situation into wider context of their personal and professional biographies that formed their unique approaches in the field of psychosomatic disciplines and somatic education.
