The theoretical part of this master’s thesis introduces to the reader problems of production management tools, and optimization of the manufacturing process. It explains basic concepts, principles and methods that has aim to clarify systems and methods used in the practical part to the reader. The practical part describes the implementation of these methods and optimization of specific part of the manufacturing process. The result of optimization is evaluated from the perspective of time and finance.

An aim of this work is to create a project of new business activities for a company Lipan A. Euro, a.s., that functions in sphere of car sale and car repair servise. The work solves present problem of company, which can not use own capacity wholly and searches some possibilities in additional servise. The project takes into account the customers actual required trends. The project is described from working point of view and technical aspect as well, including the possibilities of a way of their implementation. Next to the projects is made a calculation of financial costs and it is processed a financial plan of return on new projects.

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan focused how to deal with presentation of new wine varieties to the market. The family winery called Kadrnka for example, which produces classic wine varieties and new wine varieties too. My solution is based on specific plans, environmental analysis and application of all informations and knowledge what I have learned during my studies.

My master thesis is focused on creating a business plan for a company that would sell bio and vegan food. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part serves as a theoretical basis to build the business plan on. The second part is an analysis of competition in the field of interest. The third part uses information gathered in the preceding parts and describes the creation of the business plan itself.

The diploma thesis introduces the possibility to realize the building of a developer project as entrepreneurial plan. In this thesis the developer project means an administrative building. It covers a theoretical description of the entrepreneurial plan, its structure and requirements for it, further the evaluation of the building of administrative buildings in CR, the analysis of general and branch backgrounds, also the risk policy with the map of risk for the set development. At the end there is introduced a project of the realization of the entrepreneurial plan in the monitored enterprise and the financing of the project.

In today´s high competitor´s environment is necessary to pay increased attention of the process of strategic management for indemnity success of the company. This thesis deals with analysis and application of partial components and methods of process strategic management. By those are first of all - analysis environs, competition and crucial inside factors, which affect in various measure are on entrepreneurial subjekt. On the basis of ascertained informations and evaluation of the contemporary state of company is determined the proposal of possible directions of development of company, with a view to innovation her position in the marketplace and suppression of weak pages of company.

The topic of this thesis is the formation of a business plan for the establishment of the FitBox center A&M in the city of Litovel. Based on the theoretical findings applied into the practical part of the thesis, the current state of the market and the opportunities for establishing the specified business will be determined predominantly via analysis. The financial plan is one of the main pillars for the actual proposal of said business plan.

Business Plan - Establish of a Pension House

The Diploma Thesis deals with processing a business plan for the reconstruction of a family house into a guest-house in the micro-region Rožnovsko in a town called Zubří. The theoretical part includes investment decisions, a business plan, methods of economic evaluation of investments and the concept of tourism. The practical part contains an analysis of current status, a description of the guest-house and its surroundings, the impact of the crisis on accommodation. The proposal part quantifies the cost of the project, predicts sales and an average price for accommodation. The Thesis also evaluates the efficiency of investments through the use of net present value and payback period.
