In this bachelor thesis I deal with a particular company whose main business is production of dance costumes. Thesis is divided into two parts, which is theoretical and the other one is practical. Theoretical part includes basis of marketing communication. It focuses on sales promotion, advertising and point of sale communication. The other part focuses on aplication of theoretical knowledge to a practical use in specific company. My bachelor thesis is devoted to a current marketing situation and at the end of this thesis is proposed new marketing campaign.

Nursing care of the patient with diabetes and diabetic foot syndrom

Téma bakalářské práce Ošetřovatelská péče o nemocného s diabetem mellitem a syndromem diabetické nohy jsem si vybrala na základě dlouholetého zájmu o tuto problematiku. Několik let se profesionálně věnuji medicinální pedikúře a stále častěji se ve své praxi setkávám s klienty s diagnózou diabetes mellitus. Mým úkolem je nejen profesionální ošetření nohou, ale i edukace klienta jak správně pečovat o chodidla a jakým způsobem předcházet vzniku diabetické nohy. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na klinickou část, kazuistiku a ošetřovatelskou část. V první kapitole klinické části se věnuji anatomii pankreatu, funkci inzulinu a diagnóze diabetes mellitus včetně komplikací. Druhá část první kapitoly je zaměřená na syndrom diabetické nohy zahrnující klinické příznaky, klasifikace, diagnostiku, léčbu a edukaci. Ve druhé kapitole popisuji průběh hospitalizace pacienta, který byl přijat na chirurgické oddělení s diagnózou gangréna pedis et cruris l. dx. a osteomyelitis metatarsi pedis l. dx.. Třetí kapitola bakalářské práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, s obecným popisem ošetřovatelského procesu, a praktickou část obsahující anamnézu pacienta dle modelu M. Gordonové a ošetřovatelské diagnózy aktuální, potencionální a dlouhodobý plán. V poslední části práce se věnuji hodnocení psychického stavu pacienta, edukaci a...

Trade business in the Czech Republic

The objective of my work was to describe trade business in the Czech Republic and to resolve issues associated with the trade business. In my work I focused on the impacts following the more complex amendments of The Trades Licensing Act, implemented by the Act no. 130/2008 Coll. The first part of this work deals with the legal regulations of trade business, it also defines the basic concepts of trade activities - the term trade business, subjects, types and conditions of trade business and other. Next I focused on the characteristic of trade licence, its creation, alternations and termination. I mentioned the Trade Register and the rate of actual administrative charges, which must be paid for the acts of the state bodies. The important part of my work describes the state control of trade business. At the end of my work I focused on the trade business for the foreign persons in the Czech Republic and after it I summarized the knowledges gained and expressed my opinion of the trade business issues.
