Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of current system of providing employees benefits with proposal of their improvement. In teoretical part there are findings relevant to remuneration and employees benefits. The goal is analysing of providing benefits and on the base of performed analysis evaluating if they are set optimally. At the end there is summary of resultes and recommendation, which would lead to the increasing effectiveness of system of providing emloyees advantages.

The diploma thesis is focused on elaboration of a business plan for foundation of a private nursery school in Jihlava as a response to a market gap in providing nursery school services. At first the thesis summarizes the theoretical assumptions, then analyses all data needed for establishment and operating the nursery school as a limited liability company and finally designs the actual business model.
