This work aims to develop project documentation for building construction. The project addresses a new family house with an establishment. The house is situated in Hlinsku in the country. The building is rectangular in shape and is made of ceramic brick blocks. The roof is hipped. The building is located in a slightly hilly terrain.

The Construction system consists of masonry Porotherm, further insulated system Baumit Pro and horizontal structures Miako, also Porotherm. Roofs designed as single-casing flat roof with gravel flat and on two levels. The house is founded on primer passports.

My bachelor theses deals with a family house with an establishment that serves as tax adviser office. The house is situated in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořák street. The work deals with two-story slab-building includes a garage for one car. House is designed for four-member family. There is separate entrance from the street to the place of business on the left side of the first floor. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm using POT beams and ceiling Miako. House and garage is covered with a flat roof single-shell.

The topic of the bachelor´s thesis is a house with an establishment. The building is designed with two floors, without the cellar and the plan is dissected. The residental part of the house will be used by a family of four and the establishment will be used as a massage studio. Vertical structures will be from the Porotherm briks. The house will be covered with a flat single-casing roof. On the first floor there is also a garage for one car. There will be a terrace above the garage.

The bachelor thesis deals with a design house with an establishment. The building is divided into two parts. The private part is for family living, the mutual part for guests accommodation in five double bedrooms with facilities. The new building has three floors, partially embedded into the hillside, with a gable roof. From a structural point of view this is a masonry structure with a transverse wall system.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation for construction of a house with an establishment in the Skuteč. The establishment is a photographic studio with a graphic studio. The house is designed for a 4 to 5-member family and has three floors. The underground floor is reserved for the establishment, the other two floors are family housing. No floor has the same floor plan. The structural system is walled, mostly of ceramic blocks. Part of the roof is made of a shed roof, partially flat roof vegetation. The land where the object is located has a gentle slope.

Master‘s thesis is focused on the analysis of the impact the floors and orientation towards the cardinal points on the price of selected housing units in Velké Meziříčí. The theoretical part defines the basic terms associated with the valuation and describes the valuation methods. In the practical part there is performed the valuation of the selected housing units according to the valid price provision and direct comparison method. There is also described a location and a real estate market. By mutual comparing the observed prices and their analysis proves to extent to which in fact examined parameters affect the real price.
