Social Work with the Aggressor of Domestic Violence

This bachelor thesis focuses on social work with the aggressor of domestic violence. In the theoretical part the basic concepts of domestic violence are defined. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the actors of domestic violence, the definition of perpetrators of domestic violence and social work with the aggressor of domestic violence. The practical part of the bachelor thesis includes the processing and evaluation of the results obtained during the research investigation. The main aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out what methods of social work are used when working with aggressors of domestic violence. A qualitative research strategy was used to fulfil the aim. Survey method and semi-structured interview techniques were used to collect data for the research. The main research question was: What social work methods are used in working with domestic violence aggressor? Communication partners for the sample were selected through purposive sampling. The open coding method was used to evaluate the qualitative data. The research shows that only some methods of social work are used and other methods of social work remain in the background either because of the poorly set social system in the Czech Republic or because the method is not functional due to the characteristics of the clientele. In order to use some social work methods, a change is needed in the social system of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the research shows that in the Czech Republic the assistance to aggressors of domestic violence is insufficient. The bachelor thesis can contribute as a basis for improving and expanding social work with aggressors of domestic violence. The bachelor thesis can also serve as an information material for the public.

The way to diagnosis and intervention in kindergarten

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a child with special educational needs in a common nursery school and the teacher's approach to this issue. The main aim of the research is to follow the process of pre-diagnosis of a child in a kindergarten, where teachers observe developmental differences or special educational needs, and to what extent this knowledge leads to intervention. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the issue of education of individuals with special educational needs, diagnostics of preschool children, and the personality of a kindergarten teacher who is in direct contact with these children. In the practical part, we learn about the course of the investigation. The method of data collection is an in-depth interview with selected kindergarten teachers who have experience in educating a child with special educational needs in a regular kindergarten.

Institutional compulsory treatment for alcoholic and antitoxicomanials - system of treatment programs in psychiatric hospitals / treatment centers in Moravia

posledních letech časté diskuze na téma ústavní ochranné léčení protialkoholní a protitoxikomanické. Hovoří se o jeho smyslu, délce, neposlední řadě také o bezpečnostních opatření jakým způsobem funguje systém léčebných programů v psychiatrických nemocnicích/léčebnách na Moravě pro pacienty v ústavním ochranném léčení protialkoholním a protitoxikomanickém. Jak dlouhý je časový úsek léčby, v prostředí léčba probíhá, jak jsou jednotlivá oddělení pro léčbu závislostí zabezpečena a jakým způsobem je ústavní ochranné léčení ukončováno. Výzkum je prováděn na základě kvalitativní strategie, s pomocí techniky polostrukturovaných rozhovorů využitím prvků ze zakotvené teorie. Je realizován ve všech psychiatrických léčebnách a nemocnicích na Moravě. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 5 respondentů, jedná se výběr totální. provádění ochranného léč protialkoholního a protitoxikomanického. Nejednotnost spočívá především v ochranného léčení, dále v oblastech charakteristiky oddělení a ve způsobech ukončování nebo přeměny ústavního ochranného léčení. Výzkum také poukazuje na určité shody a to především v názoru na chybějící legislativu pro provádění ochranného léčení, nedostatečné bezpečnostní opatření na jednotlivých odděleních, problematickou komunikaci mezi zdravotnickou institucí a soudci a minimální motivaci k léčbě pacientů v...

Alcohol abusers and substance users in rehab and their crimes.

Criminality, that is committed in relation with using alcohol or others illegal addictive substances is affected by series of specific factors. Goal of my work is to explore whether and how relates using of addictive substances with committing of criminal activity by clients with addiction syndrome, undergoing medium-term institutional treatment of addiction. Bachelor thesis named Criminal activity of clients addicted to alcohol and non-alcohol drugs in institutional treatment of addiction in its theoretical part defines individual concepts related to using of addictive substances, criminal activity, which is related to users of addictive substances and also accents description of constitutional treatment. It also mentions ordered institutional treatment. The practical part deals with quality research, analyzing seven interviews with clients in institutional treatment of addiction. Methodology of the research is based on grounded theory, opened and axial coding. The result of the research is finding, that length of drug career does not have to relate with frequency and severity of committed criminal activity. Návrh revize vokalizace rypoše lysého \kur{(Heterocephalus glaber)}

Bathyergids are interesting group of rodents from several points of view: they have all kinds of social systems and they live in very special underground ecotope. The naked mole-rat (Heterocephalus glaber) has the most numerous families and should have the most complex social groups. Their vocalization was described in 1991 by outdated methods, which complicate comparision with other mole-rat species. In this work we compared the relationship between social complexity and richness of vocal repertoires in Bathyergids, and influence of acoustic environment in underground burrows on physical parameters of sounds. We considered occurence of nonlinear phenomena and application of Morton's motivationstructural rules on vocalization of mole-rats with the emphasis on naked mole-rat. Moreover, we proposed an experiment for revision of vocalization of the naked mole-rats.

Enterprise mobile device management

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the topic of mobile device management -- mobile applications, functionalities and the possibilities of implementation in the heterogeneous environment of companies, with all of the attached security issues covered. In the first, theoretical part the thesis describes particular vendors, possibilities of the management of mobile devices, both in company and employee ownership. We also describe the actual model of implementation the mobile device management in an actual Czech company. Second part of the thesis consists from the analyzed and commented the global market study, conducted in 2014 as well as the Czech Republic mobile device management market poll from the year 2013. Both of the studies put the original telephonic poll, made for the purpose of this thesis, in wider context. The results of the poll are analyzed and described in a comprehensive way.

The Phenomenon of black Theater

In my final thesis I focused on the phenomenon of black theatre. I will describe his technical properties, leading of puppets and stage properties, specific acting and black theatre´s effects. I will also try to explain direction´s difficulties of this synthetic theatre, this will be followed by short case history of black theatre. At the and I will be interested in Black light theatre of Jiří Srnec from his beginnings till our days and I will outline the contributton of his black-theatral production.

Activity of the institute of public health protection in connection with the cases of poisoning with methyl alcohol in Zlin region in 2012

There was news in Medias during methanol cause that the reason of the instant crises of poisoning with methyl alcohol could be insufficient check activity of authorities for protection of health of inhabitants (next APHI only). The target of my bachelor work is to judge if the authorities for protection of public health (next PPH only) are able to provide sufficient steps in cases of health hazard or damage because of consummation of methyl alcohol. The main attention is given to activity of Stations Regional Hygiene in Zlín region (next SRH ZR only) with the seat in Zlín during solving of the methanol cause in Zlín region. In theoretical part I mention general and special cognisance about methanol, basic information about types of spirits and classification of their safeness. I described forms of intoxications and cure possibilities. I also pay my attention to occurrence of poisonings from methanol in the world during last few years and present circumstances of intoxicate cases in Zlín region. In practical part I arrange chronologically and characterized particular emergency measures proclaimed by the Minister of Health during solving of methanol cause. I describe the results of the first and second period of checking ACTION 735 which was led by Board of customs of CR and aimed for checking of spirits, tuzemak and consumption spirit. Next I mention the way of security inquiry of civil instigations. It was done from December 5 to 28, 2012. Particular people could deliver a sample of alcohol with obscure origin to SRH ZR for testing which was free of charge. It was followed with processing intoxications during the extraordinary event in Zlín region. Classification method of investigative question is descriptive analysis of cases of poisoning from methyl alcohol, the number of checking provided by SRH ZR and other supervisory organs, description of ascertained defects and specified sanctions. I use charts, column, doughnut and cobweb graphs for illustration. We can see from the results that during the extraordinary event there were 21 people intoxicated with methyl alcohol in ZR during which time there were 17 patients admitted to hospital and 4 people were found dead in their place of residence. There were heavy persistent effects evidenced at one patient after release from hospital. The class of age 60 - 69 was dominated among poisoned people. In the period of time from September 1, 2012 to January 24, 2013 SRH ZR provided 1156 checks focused on abidance of proclaimed emergency measures. In terms of cooperation with other supervisory organs they provided 19 corporate checks. They found some troubles in 27 places of business - 13 × breaking of emergency measures, 3 × missing of proof of acquisition, 5 x unsatisfactory results of laboratory investigations, 6 × violation of watched the origin of alcohol and dupery of customers. They awarded 34 fines in an amount CZK 386,000.00. At the end of this work I sum up facts of methanol cause and supposed range of possible victims. I evaluate the activity of SRH, interdepartmental work group and other involved organs. On the base of extraordinary event they agreed the new law n. 309/2013 Digest about trading and the new law n. 307/2013 Digest about obligatory marking of spirit. These laws could precede occurrence of similar event. They also set regular checking focused on adulterate alcohol. At the close in connection with order of reports about numbers of intoxicate people during solving the extraordinary event I suggest some steps which could contribute to improvement of APHI activities in similar cases in future.
