This bachelor thesis deals with industrial interface IO-Link, sensors and display elements which enable communication on this interface. The thesis focuses on principles of the communication between devices and masters which are connected by IO-Link interface. The subject of the thesis is an instrumentation of the IO-Link components and research of devices available on the market. The aim of this thesis is a specification of the components, design and construction of a panel which demonstrates the IO-Link interface and programming control app for the PLC and visualization.
Foundry ladle heating control system

This theses describes a design and realization of heating control system for foundry ladle used for moving liquid metal. It includes literary research in the automation field and foundry. There is showed used technology in the theses, control system requirements and there are also described parameters of components which are used for control system. Design of control switchboard and electrotechnical scheme are the next theme of this theses. The next part of the theses is design and realization of control SW for PLC including application for HMI panel. These parts are verified and evaluated in the end of the theses.

This project deals with industrial interface IO-Link, sensors and display elements that enable communication on this interface. The subject of this project is an instrumentation of the IOLink components and research of devices available on the market. The aim of this project is a specification of the components, design and construction of a panel which demonstrates the IO-Link communication. The demo panel will serve as a teaching material for students on which they will learn how to program PLC application that works with IO-Link components.
