This diploma thesis deals with the most important key service quality factors at amusement and theme parks in the Czech Republic from the point view of visitors. There are used secondary and primary data for the classification of these factors. Also the environment and offer of entertainment in theme parks in the Czech Republic is characterized. The primary research is concerned with the level of service and quality of a particular theme park with regard to visitors´ satisfaction and loyalty. For the rating of satisfaction is used SERVQUAL and IPA analysis. Based on these results, general recommendations are established for the theme park management and also possibly for the destination management. Moreover, the park management will gain information about visitors and their preferences from this evaluating survey. According to these data of the quality level in the chosen theme park there are taken specific measures for increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of visitors.

Consequences and applications of the Fock space representation theorem Daniela Novotn'a Department of Probability and Mathematical Statistics, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University Abstract In this thesis, we deal with selected applications of the Fock space rep- resentation theorem. One of the most important is the covariance identity, which can yield in an estimation of the correlation function of a point process having Papangelou conditional intensity. We used this result to generalise some asymptotic results for Gibbs particle processes. Namely, in combina- tion with Stein's method, we derived bounds for the Wasserstein distance between the standard normal distribution and the distribution of an innova- tion of a Gibbs particle process. As an application, we present a central limit theorem for a functional of a Gibbs segment process with pair potential.

Random fields of facets

Facet process is a special example of a point process in Euclidean space Rd , where points are in this case represented by compact subsets of hyperplanes in Rd with given orientation, size and shape. We focus on finite facet processes with density from exponential family with respect to the distribution of Poisson point process. Its submodel is simulated using the Metropolis-Hastings birth death algorithm, which gives us a homogeneous Markov chain. Specially in R2 space we derive its stationary distribution. In spaces R2 and R4 we perform numerical simulations to show behavior of the chain for various parameters in such model. 1
