Rape in a comparative perspective with a focus on affirmative consent Abstract Rape is considered as one of the worst crimes that can be committed against another person, mainly because of the extreme interference in their intimate area. Changes in the perception of this crime can be seen in recent years both in the Czech Republic and throughout Europe. A large number of states abandoned definition of rape based on coercion and now focuse on the lack of consent of the victim. In the Czech Republic, the model based on the coercion still persists, although the Supreme Court's decisions is slowly approaching those states that have redefined this crime. These days, government and parliamentary bodies are holding seminars to discuss the need for new legislation. This thesis mainly focuses on the crime of rape from a criminal law perspective. It deals with the definition of this crime and the definition of consent in states that consider rape as sexual intercourse without the victim's consent. Based on the findings, it offers de lege ferenda considerations relating to the possible redefinition of rape in the Czech legal system, taking into account the current decisions of the Supreme Court. The crimes against human dignity in sexual area - criminal and criminological aspects Abstract: The thesis deals with those crimes that affect the most intimate area of human life, the sexual area. It analyzes those crimes from a criminal point of view and compares the current Czech legislation with the legislation in Spain. Based on this comparison, the thesis contains several considerations de lege ferenda, which could improve the current Czech legislation. As the chosen topic is strongly affected by forensic science and criminology, the thesis also deals with sexual crimes from the point of view of these scientific disciplines. From a criminological point of view, the thesis examines the personality of the perpetrator and the victim. With regard to perpetrators, it deals primarily with the motives, motivations and typology of perpetrators in general. In relation to victims the thesis finds out, in particular, how committing these crimes affects their lives (including secondary victimization) and deals with their position from a procedural point of view. In the part dealing with forensic science this thesis describes the specifics associated with the investigation of this type of crimes. Starting teacher at Nursery school and his options of professional develoment in the context of further teacher's eduction

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the novice teacher and the possibilities of his / her professional growth in further education. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the deficiencies in the approach of novice nursery teachers to further education. The theoretical part defines the requirements for teachers in terms of legal legislation and system documents. It focuses on professional competencies and standards and describes career development and adaptation period. Within the practical part, quantitative research was carried out through a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was sent to the directors of kindergartens in the Chrudim Region and found out the necessary competencies of starting teachers, possible problems associated with their work and the requirements of nursery school directors for further education of novice teachers. The research was supplemented by qualitative data obtained through a semi-structured interview with the head of the National Institute of the professional growth. Research has led to the finding that there is no current training offer for novice teachers, even though they would be interested in these courses within the district.
