Factors related to injuries in elite football players
Trunec, Lubomír ; Malá, Lucia (advisor) ; Zahálka, František (referee)
Title: Factors related to injuries in elite football players. Objective: The aim of the study was to identify factors related to the most common injuries in football based on available professional literature, articles, and studies, summarize the latest findings in this area, and provide an overview of the prevention of these injuries. Methods: This work was based on a systematic review of relevant literature, including both international and Czech books, scientific articles, and studies. Renowned databases such as Web of Science, Google Scholar, PubMed, GoogleBooks were used to find relevant sources. Key words and their synonyms were employed for efficient search of scientific articles, studies, and meta-analyses from which knowledge was drawn. Czech literature sources were also utilized to ensure a broad and balanced foundation of information. Results: Within the bachelor's thesis focusing on the causes of injuries in elite football, detailed analyses and studies were conducted. The aim of the thesis was to identify and evaluate the main factors and mechanisms contributing to the occurrence of injuries in professional football players. The research showed that increased workload during training and matches is one of the main factors leading to injuries in football players. Intensive physical...
Changes of movement abilities during ontogenesis in youth sports' children.
Sádecká, Kristýna ; Malá, Lucia (advisor) ; Šteffl, Michal (referee)
Title: Changes in motor skills during ontogenesis in young children of schoolage. Objectives: The aim of the work was to identify changes in movement abilities during ontogeny in sports children of younger school age. Methods: This work is processed by the method of data analysis, which we drew from the available literature, documents and professional articles. We also used the method of comparison, which was used to compare the data with the data we obtained from the elementary school Benešovo nám. and further compared them using graphs and tables. The research from the obtained data is carried out from the first stage of primary school, specifically from the 2nd, 3rd and 5th grade, and consists of tests for long jump, sprint for 60 m and throwing a ball. Here we used basic statistical characteristics such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation. Results: As a result of the work, the first hypothesis of non-linear change in the 60m run test between 3-5 was not confirmed. class. For the second hypothesis, smaller gender differences in the development of speed skills than in strength skills were confirmed. By evaluating for practice, we can say that children's motor skills change and it is important to focus on them individually. The development of individual abilities is very important and the...
Body composition changes during ontogenesis in youth football
Lukavský, Jakub ; Malá, Lucia (advisor) ; Šteffl, Michal (referee)
Title: Body composition changes during ontogenesis in youth football Objectives: The aim of the work was to identify and compare changes in body composition during ontogenesis in youth categories in football. Methods: Due to our work, a research group was created, which included 4 different age categories. It was a category U12 - U15. U12 (n = 15), U13 (n = 18), U14 (n = 19), U15 (n = 16). He is a player of an elite Czech club. The selection of probands and age categories was intentional. Body composition measurements were performed with a multi-frequency bioimpedance analyzer (Tanita MC-980MA, Tanita Corporation, Japan). The biological age was estimated as follows. The equations of Mirwald et al. (2002). Y: -9.236+(0.0002708*Leg Length and Sitting height interaction) - (0.001663*Age and Leg Length interaction) (0.007216 Age and Sitting Height interaction) + (0.02292*Weight by Height ratio). The players were divided into two groups according to the degree of maturity (before 1, circa 2 (PHV)). Group 1 included players from (> -1 before PHV) and group 2 - circa PHV (-1, +1). Results: The changes in the basic somatometric indicators - body weight and body height were as follows. Body weight: U12 (38.2 kg), U13 (41.4 kg) + 8%, U14 (46 kg) + 11%, U15 (55.1 kg) + 20%. Body height: U12 (148.4 cm), U13...
Body composition and morphological asymmetries in footballers a theirs possible residuals in phase return to training
Pečl, Adam ; Malá, Lucia (advisor) ; Šteffl, Michal (referee)
Title: Body composition and morphological asymmetries in football players and their possible residues in the phase of return after injury Aim: The main goal of the work was to identify changes in body composition and the occurrence of morphological asymmetries and the length of the residual period after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in elite footballers. Methods: The research group consisted of two elite adult football players. The basic characteristics are listed in Table 2. The players were active in the highest national competitions and their training volume corresponds to 15-23 hours per week. The selection of players was intentional. Prior to the measurement, we determined the current standing body height with an accuracy of 1 mm using a stadiometer (SECA 242, Hamburg, Germany) and the body weight with an accuracy of 1 g using a digital scale (SECA 769, Hamburg, Germany). We used a multifrequency bioimpedance analyser (Tanita MC-980MA, Tanita Corporation, Japan) to determine body composition. The actual measurement lasted approximately 120 s, the actual body weight to recalculate indirectly measurable parameters was recorded by the analyser itself with an accuracy of 1 g. We found out: the current body composition and its changes in the monitored probands. We monitored the change in...
The effect of kinesthetic sensation on the postural control and balance abilities of individuals with visaul impairments
Richterová, Markéta ; Strnad, Pavel (advisor) ; Malá, Lucia (referee)
Thesis title: The effect of kinesthetic sensation on the postural control and balance abilities of individuals with visual impairments Objectives: Compose through the literature study appropriete balance programe for the individuals with visual impairments and measure its effect on their postural control and balance abilities. Methods: Ten visually impaired subjects, one subject with visual and vestibular impairment and one healthy subject took part in this study. Movement intervention was held once a week for eleven weeks, consisting of balance and coordination training, exercises for decreasing muscle imbalances and increasing body awareness and relaxation ability. The Footscan system was used for measuring the effect of movement intervention on the on the postural control and balance abilities of individuals with visual impairments. The testing was done before the beginning and after the finishing of all classes of movement intervention and the results of the pretest and posttest were compared with each other. Results: The movement intervention led to the improvement of postural control and balance abilities at five subjects from the total of nine subjects, who underwent pre and post testing. From the total of forty-eight carried out tests, the subjects noted improvement in twenty-two tests,...
Comparison of body composition of soccer players according to their players' post
Česák, Petr ; Malá, Lucia (advisor) ; Malý, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Comparison of body composition of soccer players according to their players' post Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine the body composition of soccer players according to their post and to compare these data with the results of similar testing taken in foreign countries. Methods: 45 players participated in the testing in total. The machine of bioelectrical impedance BIA 2000 M was used for the detection of the body composition and the gained data were further proceeded in the programme NUTRI 4. The observed parameters were a percentage of body fat, an absolute amount of fat mass, fat-free and intracellular tissue. For the process of the statistic data (arithmetic average, BMI, standard deviation, tables and graphs) the programme Microsoft Excel 2007 was used. Results: The players of both Czech clubs have a typical body composition for top athletes. It was found out that the goalkeepers have the highest percentage of body fat out of all measured players. Defenders were proved to have the least percentage of body fat among all the measured players. Keywords: Soccer, player posts, body composition, bio impedance
