Its activities include among others information provision for healthcare professionals by answering drug related enquiries. One of the main subjects of enquiries in practice are adverse drug reactions. Aim: Aim of this study is analysis of drug-related enquiries focused on adverse drug reactions processed by DIC in a period of 2015-2021. This study also includes complete answers to two drug-related enquiries that deal with adverse drug reactions. Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to describe a group of patients who experienced a fall during the hospitalization in a certain rehabilitation institution, to analyze the possible drugs and other causes of falls and to identify and analyze other non-fall DRP. AIMS The aim of the study was to describe and evaluate the most common DRPs occurring in the selected department in the hospital. DRPs have been detected during reviews of pharmacotherapy by the clinical pharmacist. METHODS The study was carried out in the hospital in Šumperk, at the department of the internal medicine, the nursing section. Data was collected from medical records of hospitalized patients. Patient's characteristics (age, gender), diagnosis, using drugs, selected laboratory markers and drug- related problems were recorded. DIC is providing expert information about drugs, such as answering medicines-related enquiries received from healthcare professionals. Objective: The objective of diploma thesis was to gather and analyze information about the informational service of LIC FAF UK a FN HK in 1994-2016 aimed for general characteristics of drug enquiries and professional drug information resources used for solving the enquiries. They affect patient's safety from the long-term point of view.1 The great part of medication errors occurs on the level of drug administration.2 In healthcare facilities mostly nurses are responsible for medication administration.3 AIM To obtain and evaluate medication errors during drug administration by nurses in a healthcare facility. METHODICS A prospective observational study was conducted in the facility Hamzova léčebna for children and adults focusing on medical rehabilitation. Data collection was performed in May 2019 three consecutive days on each ward, where drugs were administrated by nurse. Direct observation was done in morning, noon and evening drug administrations. Obtained data were recorded into prepared form and were compared with physician's medication order on the patient's record. Protection of industrial property and international law The purpose of my thesis, which theme is "Protection of industrial property and international law", is to describe and to analyse the industrial property protection from the international law perspective. The thesis consists of nine chapters, the introduction and the conclusion included, dealing with the issue of the industrial property protection, especially with the conception and historical development of international protection of industrial property and with current systems of this protection, focusing on weaknesses and strongnesses of current international legal protection of industrial property. First of all, the thesis deals with a definition of the term "industrial property". The "industrial property" is a complicated category, because there is no general legal definition of this term. As from the international treaties regarding industrial property outflows, the legal definition of this term is replaced by the list of intangibles which are included in this term. DIC deals with enquiries related to general pharmacotherapy including complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Aim of study: Aim of the study was to evaluate DIC's activity in the period 2015-2017 through feedback from questioners and to analyse enquiries related to CAM in the period 1994-2017.
