Key factors for internal coaching in organizations

This diploma thesis deals with identification and description of factors which influence internal coaching in organizations. Based on summarized findings from literature, research papers and articles there are described goals, principles and models of coaching, profile of the coach and contributions to a coachee. Subsequently, coaching is put into the organizational context and presented as one of the development method. Emphasis is put on the internal coaching and its process and on internal coaches. The diploma thesis entails an empirical research based on which are presented key factors that influence internal coaching in organizations from the perspective of guarantors of coaching, internal coaches an coachees. Sámi Visual Arts in the Context of the Development of Sámi culture

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of the Sámi visual art in the context of the development of entire Sámi culture. The development is described from the end of the Stone Age to the present. The thesis focuses particularly on the period before the Christianisation (i.e. until the end of the 17th century), when the art was deeply connected with the then religious and mythological ideas and then on the 20th and 21st century when dominates efforts to deal with the harsh assimilation policy developed by majority nations and demonstrate own identity and ethnic peculiarity through the art. Further attention is paid to globalization and tourism which are contradictory factors. Key words: Sámi, visual arts, culture, mythology, religion, globalization, cultural identity
Recruitment methods

This bachelor thesis deals with recruitment which is a part of human resource management and has an impact on quality of workers in an organization. The thesis focuses on three main areas, namely the recruitment process, methods of external recruitment and personnel marketing. Each area is theoretically introduced by summarizing findings in literature and research articles and in addition to the theoretical framework results of my qualitative survey dealing with the recruitment in seven large organizations are presented for comparison. Emphasis is put on the question of importance of the internet as a recruitment method particularly on career websites, job boards and social networks, which are mostly a neglected topic in literature. Further attention is paid to personnel marketing tools and its target groups.
