Bachelor's thesis on the topic „Financial Analysis of the Selected Company in the Field of Manufacturing Industry“ is focused on an identify and assessment of the financial situation of the particular company in the years 2009 – 2013. Identify of the financial situation is achieved calculation of selected methods of financial analysis. In the theoretical part of the thesis, these methods are explained in detail. In conclusion, according the situation is in which the company located , are designed steps possible solutions, which should lead to an improvement of the situation.

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the use of renewable sources of energy in practice, namely in the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (CHMI) objects, such as professional meteorological stations or observatories. The first part of bachelor thesis deals with the description of the alternative energy sources, the principles of acquisition and processing for the needs of the energy industry. The second part relates to devices already installed in CHMI objects and zooms technological solutions and experiences with the operation of these facilities. The third part presents a proposal for the use of specific devices for selected CHMI objects. Competitive clause in labour law

Competitive clause in labour law The purpose of the thesis is an analysis of competitive clause (non-competition clause) in the Czech labour law. The thesis also contains a comparison of attributes competitive clause with the legislation in other European countries. The author of the thesis recommends changes to be made in Czech legislation. The thesis is composed of three chapters, which are Definition of basic terms, History and evolution of competitive clause and Current legislation of non-competition clause in the Czech Labour Code. Each chapter is divided into subchapters according to the relevant issues. Chapter One consists of six parts. The first four parts deal with the explanation of basic terms used in the thesis. These are labour law, employment law relationship, employee and employer and the concept of competition. In the fifth section is briefly introduced competition legislation in commercial law. The last subchapter focuses on competitive activity in labour law with an emphasis on competitive activity of the employee for the duration of the basic employment law relationship. Innovations Product Portfolio of a chosen Company

The content of this thesis is to analyze the product portfolio of the company ECS Invention spol. s r. o. and a proposal for its innovation. Recommendations related to the product portfolio are included as well. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoreticalpart is focused on theoretical and methodological background of strategic marketing and innovations. The practical part deals with application of the theoretical knowledge into practice.
