Public officer's communication for the social and health area with a client with a hearing defect: municipal offices of Prague town district

The thesis deals with communication between public officers working in social and health sphere and a client with hearing impairment. Information from the first part devoted to legislative regulation of communication in public offices with a client with hearing impairment and communication systems of those clients (including communication in written Czech) is well-founded on the research in selected public offices of prague administrative districts and on filling selected form and guided interview with clients with hearing impairment.
