Diploma work Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Study programme: Special worker in laboratory methods Background: The aim of those diploma work was find out what effects have humic substances on experimentally injured gastrointestinal tract by cytostatic, 5- fluorouracil, in rats. Methods: The experiment proceeded five days and it was used twenty-four rats of Wistar breed. They were divided into four groups (E, F, G, H). Every group contained six individuals. The second and the fourth day animals were located into the metabolism cages. We administered sense solution of LAMA test (LAMA solution) them. LAMA test is test of intestinal permeability. It is measured concentrations of sugars (lactulosa, manitol, sucralosa, xylosa) excluded by urine for five hours. The third day was handed to 5-fluorouracil to the animals. Throughout experiment groups had access to drinkable water, just with difference, that the groups E and G had water without admixture, groups F and H had water with admixture of humic substances. The fifth day animals were euthanized by ethereal narcosis and removed them samples of tissue from small intestine. We were processed the samples and...

RESUME IN ENGLISH Name of thesis: Taxation of self-employment income Taxes affect the amount of available money and due to that have impact to our everyday life. In Czech Republic, all taxable income of an individual is subject to universal income tax regulated by Act No. 586/1992 Sb., on Income Taxes. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze and evaluate currently existing legislation regarding taxation of income of individuals from independent activity which is contained in the above mentioned income tax law. Highlight the connection between individual provisions within this law, but also to point out related legal forms included in other regulations. The diploma thesis is also providing comprehensive overview of taxation of income from independent activity; suggests solutions to selected imperfections of existing legal regulation, and also to helps the recipients of this income to understand the calculation mechanism of their tax liability. The thesis is divided into six chapters, which are further segmented according to the interpretation while maintaining the sequence of construction elements of the tax. The proposal of hunting tourism development project

The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose a hunting tourism project. The project takes place in the Strakonice micro region which is characterized by relatively healthy and undamaged environment. The proposal of the project takes advantage from the natural potential and supply of the region and countryside. The proposal focused on increasing the knowledge of the tourism participants about the hunting tourism like a part of the countryside and culture.

Hunting Tourism in the select area

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse trends of hunting tourism in the Czech Republic and to reveal the hidden potential of this specific kind of tourism through this analysis. The partial aim was to compare concrete kinds of hunting tourism in the South Bohemia Region. The first part of the thesis includes theoretical definitions of chosen topic and situational analysis of the South Bohemia Region. The marketing research was realised in the second part of the thesis. New product of the hunting tourism was prepared on the basis of mentioned analyses and research in the conditions of the South Bohemia Region.
