Title: Investment Strategy for Club HC Letňany Flyers in the US Stock Market Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to analyze and set the most expedient investment opportunities in the US stock market in order to achieve higher profitability than Czech investment funds that are standardly offered. Methods: Fundamental and technical analysis of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment done through publicly available secondary data reports of The Institute for Supply Management and historical data published by portal Yahoo Finance. Results: By applying the investment straegy described in this thesis was achieved higher returns than commercially offered funds in the Czech Republic, in the lower timeframe and at minimizing market and sectoral risks. Title: The strategy and tendency ofTurkey's economic accesion to EU Turkey has status of "applicant country'' and its negotiation about membership in EU proceeding the longest time among all candidates and member countries, for all time of existence ofEU and that since 1963. This work is concemed at appreciation ofTurkey's Republic position in relations with EU. Thesis monitors and follow its progress of tendency of membership in EU - especially in economic aspects. The main aim is to finde, which economic indexs are comparable worth with EU and its acquis communitarie and whether is Turkey acceptable applicant state for EU. Trough the sport sphere measure hypothesis, whether specific Turkish temper has place in Europe. According to determined macroeconomic indexs, which are in many cases comparable with some member countries of EU, Republic of Turkey is from the economic aspect acceptable candidate country to EU and their specific temper don't mean any problem in acces10n proces. An athlete as a subject of the international bussines and the proces of the price building

Title: An athlete as a subject of the international bussines and the proces of the price building Objectives: My objectives for this Theses is to work on the the problematics of international transfer of athletes from club to club in soccer and ice hockey; and also evaluation of each aspect of the transfer, athletes values and their market price. Metods: In making of this Theses I used a method of description and theoretic reflection. To get more information I used the method of an interview. Results: Theses contains of information gathered from available literature connected with mentioned problematics along with information collected from my interviews with experts in sport industry. They together give us a new better way of explaining main principles of the "athlete transfer market". In my theses I am taking a closer look at all the factors of the "transfer price" of an athlete as well as the "price building module", especially its use in practice. The obtained benefit from my theses is a comprehensive view on the athlete transfers and the way of building their price. Management and Marketing Cocept of Production for the Development of Motorcycle Sport

Title: Management and Marketing Concept of Production for the Development of Motorcycle Sport Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to assess the options to connect a concept of motorcycle sport for all with a selected segment of sports tools production (motorcycles) by designing a management and marketing concept for a domestic motorbike manufacturer in this segment with the aim of its further development. The combined function and object based concept involves a functional aspect: evaluation of the connection of the concept of a sport for all with a selected segment of sports tools manufacturing; and the object aspect: to design a management and marketing concept for a domestic manufacturer in the selected segment. Methods: The author applies general scientific methods as well as specific methods used in economic sciences. The study uses experiment and questionnaire survey with abduction as empirical methods representing theoretical or, as the case may be, logical methods. Explanatory methods are represented by analysis, synthesis and abstraction; the quantitative data was used for the deduction of possible causal relations; induction was used to facilitate formulation of conclusions relevant for the objective of the thesis. Title: The phenomenon of managers in the context of the Czech labor market Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to identify differences in the scope of work of managers and workers in positions referred to as managerial. The analysis of the issue with managers in practice should provide a basis for what constitutes managerial work. Subsequent analysis of the demand for managerial work will document what is required of candidates for managerial positions. These findings should lead to the resolution of the situation regarding the phenomenon of managers in the Czech Republic. Methods: In this thesis a method of qualitative and quantitative data analysis is used. The qualitative analysis uses the technique of in-depth interview which focuses on ten selected managers from different management levels. Thereafter the issue is analysed from an academic expert point of view which helps to see the issue from a wider perspective. The quantitative data analysis is applied to research the jobs ads when entering the term "manager" to the jobs.cz server.
