Bulk-driven current mirrors
Kováčik, Martin ; Prokop, Roman (referee) ; Khateb, Fabian (advisor)
My bachelor’s thesis is about bulk-driven CMOS principle for several analog circuit projects. A substrate gate is used for signal input to achieve low supply voltage and low wattage while keeping parameters adequate to current structures. The goal of my work was to design current mirror with low supply voltage and low wattage with usage of this principle. In my work there are basic data about bulk-driven technology and MOFSET transistors used in this technology. My project contains different kinds of schemes of bulk-driven current mirrors which are compared with conventional gate-driven current mirror. These circuits are simulated in Orcard Pspise program.
Business Plan for Enterprise Expansion
Zoran, Suzana ; Štěpánková, Kateřina (referee) ; Khateb, Fabian (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes the design of a business plan for the company development, where will be changed legal form of company, expand business activities and investments in fixed assets. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts, definitions and methods that will be used in the business plan. In the practical part is an analysis of the current state, including a proposal to develop the business.
Analysis and realization of frequency filter tunable by active component parameter
Vrba, Adam ; Khateb, Fabian (referee) ; Prokop, Roman (advisor)
This work analyzes tuning capabilities of different fully integrated active filter topologies. Work only deals with continuous time active filters. Topologies described in this work differ in type of active element and in method of frequency tuning. Techniques of tunning are proved on second order low pass filter. Filter topologies are compared from tunning capabilities and from point of total harmonic distortion. The main building block of all filters is integrator.

This bacholar´s thesis is specialized on processing business plan created for needs of the company, which is interested about establish a new fitness gym. It deals with issues of environment analysis, competitive analysis, marketing mix drawing, calculation and budget. The main purpose is to find out, if it is profitable for the company to establish new gym.
Comparative study of low voltage operational amplifiers
Nousek, Petr ; Prokop, Roman (referee) ; Khateb, Fabian (advisor)
This work deals with methods used in design of low voltage operational amplifiers. It describes some of the most commonly used methods. Properties of these methods are verified by computer simulation of operational transconductance amplifiers that are utilizing them.
Design of Differential Difference Amplifier in CMOS technology
Trojan, Vladimír ; Khateb, Fabian (referee) ; Kledrowetz, Vilém (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of differential difference amplifier (DDA) in technology TSMC 0,18 with maximum input and output common mode range, minimum power dissipation and area on chip. The thesis describes the basics of CMOS technology, commonly used structures of analog integrated circuits and operational amplifiers. Main focus of the thesis is design of circuit of DDA. Designing and simulations of DDA parameters were made in program Cadence Virtuoso and ADE Assembler simulation environment. Layout of DDA was designed in Layout XL environment.
Business Plan for New Enterprise
Nováková, Ivana ; Veverka, Jakub (referee) ; Khateb, Fabian (advisor)
The Master‘s thesis deals with processing of business plan of Florist's in Brankovice. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background needed to develop the business plan. The practical part includes marketing research, analysis of the interal and external enviroment and draft of the business plan.
Design of extremly low-voltage rectifier in CMOS technology
Musilová, Nikola ; Šteffan, Pavel (referee) ; Khateb, Fabian (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design a low-voltage and low-power rectifier using CMOS technology and an operational amplifier for input voltages in the order of tens of mV, which correspond to sensor and biomedical applications. The circuit allows both half-wave and full-wave rectification. The key parameters are high gain and very low power consumption of the operational amplifiers that make up the rectifier.
Behavioral modeling of switched power supplies
Mrkos, Pavel ; Khateb, Fabian (referee) ; Kadlec, Jaroslav (advisor)
Submitted work deals with problems Behavioral modeling of switching power supply and production philosophy optimalization modeling of switching power supply. On her basis production full modeling of switching power supply producer ON Semiconductor, Motorola and Linear technology.
Preamplifier for biological signals processing
Derishev, Anton ; Prokop, Roman (referee) ; Khateb, Fabian (advisor)
The work deals with the design and optimization of amplifiers in CMOS technology with low supply voltage and low power consumption. The main aim is to design an amplifier to amplify the biological signal. The first part is a brief introduction to the theory of biological signals. The work also contains a brief description of the biological signal processing methods and their properties. The important part is the description of the methods to reduce the supply voltage of the amplifier. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the design amplifiers with low supply voltage and low power consumption. All active elements and application examples have been verified by PSpice simulator using the 0.18 µm TSMC CMOS parameters. Simulated plots are included in this thesis to illustrate behavior of structures.
