The thesis deals with technical analysis and introduction to the possibilities of its use in deciding to invest in the capital market. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background needed for the initial introduction to technical analysis and its indicators. In the practical part are gradually elaborated various indicators of technical analysis applied to the development of the shares of Intel Corporation and in the end there is the comparison of their profitability.

Business Plan of Cafeteria Foundation

The thesis deals with the processing of business plan of cafeteria foundation, whose main clients are mothers with young children. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background needed to develop the business plan. The practical part includes marketing research, analysis of the current market situation and SWOT analysis and draft of the business plan with predicted financial plan.

Prof. Jana Hroudová, Pharm.D., Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Effect of cholinesterase inhibitors on monoaminergic system and energy metabolism Cholinesterase (ChE) inhibitors play an essential role in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD). They effect positively cognitive, functional and behavior symptoms of AD. Up to date, donepezil, rivastigmine and galantamine represent the only ChE inhibitors approved for AD treatment. The first ChE inhibitor was tacrine, which was withdrawn from market due to its toxicity and adverse effects. Recently, novel tacrine and 7-methoxytacrine (7-MEOTA) derivatives were synthetized and extensively investigated to find less toxic compounds affecting pathological mechanisms associated with development of AD. There is less known about effects of these drugs on mitochondrial functions and cellular energy metabolism. The aim of this project is to examine in vitro effects of ChE inhibitors on energy metabolism and cellular respiration, specifically on mitochondrial electron transport chain complexes and an enzyme of the citric acid cycle - citrate synthase. Applied theory of inclusive education in primary schools with focus on students with specific learning disabilities

The aim of my thesis is to analyze various aspects of the inclusive teaching concept within the first stages of elementary education and how such aspects may be applied. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is further divided into five main chapters. The first chapter covers the topic of how all students can be included in the elementary education system. The second chapter discusses the key components of how the theory can be implemented and successfully applied to individuals in order to help students achieve their educational goals. The third chapter focuses on topics of special needs education, learning and behavioral disorders. The fourth chapter discusses the necessary role parents and guardians should take in this process. A summary of theoretical part is provided in the fifth chapter. The practical part of the thesis is also divided into four chapters, each of which is numbered and connected to the theoretical part. The sixth chapter defines the objectives of the practical part of my thesis, which are based on various research methods including interviews, surveys and questionnaires.
