Desk for splitting semiautomatic
Jurák, Pavel ; Vlašic, František (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of the working table, which will ensure the stem lifting and its transport to the splitting semi-automat. Lifting of stem with weight up to 500 kg is ensured by lifting arms. Then, the stem is moved to the splitting semi-automatic by means of a belt conveyor. The design of the frame is designed to withstand a load of 5000 N. The lowest security has k = 1.2 according to the strength analysis. The table frame can be easily folded using a hydraulic cylinder. Thanks to this we can easily mount the frame behind a splitter semi-automatic and transport both devices at the same time.
Comparing of the parameters for the determination of cardiac dyssynchrony from the ultra-high-frequency electrocardiogram
Jančová, Ivana ; Viščor,, Ivo (referee) ; Jurák, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of high-frequency ECG, namely by parameters for the determination of cardiac asynchrony from the amplitude envelopes ultra-high-frequency ECG. In the theoretical part is described the conventional and high-frequency ECG, procedure of their scanning and parameters of the acquired record. Also is described the electrical conduction system of the heart and its blockade. This issue is followed by chapters about cardiac asynchrony and its treatments by biventricular pacemaker – resynchronization therapy. The chapter about resynchronization includes a description of the methods used for the indication for therapy based on conventional and high-frequency ECG. In the practical part are proposed new parameters for determining heart asynchrony from high-frequency ECG, programmed their detection in environment MATLAB and described realization of detection and obtained results. In the last part of thesis is described statistical evaluation of data and is decided about suitability of use the proposed parameters.
Detection of High-Frequency EEG Activity in Epileptic Patients
V rámci práce byly vyvinuty či vylepšeny tři detektory vysokofrekvenčních oscilací, na jejichž popis navazuje evaluace z hlediska shody s manuální detekcí, přesnosti výpočtu příznaků oscilací a schopnosti lokalizace patologické tkáně. V závěru práce jsou představeny vyvinuté metody vizualizace vysokofrekvenčních výskytu oscilací a stručně uvedeny dosažené vědecké výsledky.
Evaluation of pulse wave velocity in the human body
Mezuláníková, Radka ; Viščor,, Ivo (referee) ; Jurák, Pavel (advisor)
This Mater's thesis deals with the evaluation of pulse wave velocity using multi-channel whole-body impedance cardiography. Data were taken from the group of healthy volunteers whose impedance changes were measured during rest, respiratory maneuvers, tilt and stress exercise. The result of this measurement are values of peaks of pulse wave time shifts towards R-wave. The velocity values towards the thorax electrodes were recalculated on the basis of knowledge about the pulse wave time shifts and the distances from the heart to the scanned locations, which were measured using the arterial segment's lengths.
Backhoe for tractor
Jurák, Pavel ; Červinka, Jan (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a design of an additional excavator with side shift for agricultural tractor with power from 50 to 70 kW. The excavator is controlled by a hydraulic circuit. The main element here is an independent pump with a 40l / min supply, which is driven by a gearbox using a cardan shaft. The hydraulic circuit has been designed so that the temperature of the hydraulic fluid does not exceed the allowable limit. An important role is played by the connection to the tractor where was used a modified three-point hitch. This coupling of the tractor with the frame of excavator ensures sufficient rigidity when performing excavation work. When calculating the excavation resistance, was considered the soil of the 4th class, this is hard-to-disconnect soil or clay. The calculation implies that the machine can be used with backhoe buckets up to 500 mm wide. Strength analysis of boom was performed in Ansys Workbench 2019. Safety coefficients were determined for individual components. The overall safety coefficient is equal to 1.7.
Late Renaissance Polychoral Style and Its Contemporary Reception in Bohemia
Jurák, Pavel ; Baťa, Jan (advisor) ; Maýrová, Kateřina (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the reception of the late renaissance polychoral style in Bohemia. The thesis firstly defines the term of cori spezzati and shows that this compositional technique has its origin in the first decade of the 16th century in Ferrara. Furthermore, it focuses on the composers in the St. Mark's Basilica in Venice, it analyzes their works and characterizes the Venetian polychoral style; it also mentions how the cori spezzati spread from the Apennine Peninsula beyond the Alps. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the composers in Bohemia and to their polychoral works. The analyses of these works showed that many of the domestic composers were influenced by the Venetian polychoral style and some of them even by its Gabrielian brand. Key words: Andrea Gabrieli, Giovanni Gabrieli, Adam Michna z Otradovic, cori spezzati, polychoral, renaissance, church music, St. Mark's Basilica, Venice, Ferrara, Prague
Magnificat by J. D. Zelenka in the context of period composition
Jurák, Pavel ; Niubo, Marc (advisor) ; Hlávková, Lenka (referee)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of Jan Dismas Zelenka's Magnificat D major and C major and their comparison with contemporary compositions. Firstly the thesis deals with the question what Magnificat is and with ways of its treatment in the history of music. Next an emphasis is put on the important events in the life of the Hofkapelle of Dresden, on the events which later influenced the conditions of Zelenka's works and their concrete shape. Also the Magnificats of Zelenka's and Heinichen's predecessors in the Hofkapelle are mentioned. Subsequently the thesis is concerned with both Zelenka's works of Magnificat and in the main part it compares them with another 33 Magnificats of great contemporary composers. The analysis showed a certain connection of the Zelenka's Magnificat C major with the Magnificat C major of Johann Joseph Fux and also the connection of the Zelenka's Magnificat D major with compositions of Johann David Heinichen. Key words: Jan Dismas Zelenka, Magnificat, Dresden, baroque, church music, Johann David Heinichen, Johann Joseph Fux, Nicola Porpora
