Formalisms of quantum and relativistic physics in exploring the causes of emergencies

Currently emergencies coming from different reasons and are caused by various factors. In my diploma thesis is focusing on the causes of emergencies coming from quantum and relativistic physics. Among such emergencies are the ligting and the radiation accident. Lightning causes fires in the landscape and its light identification can be explained by the quantum mechanics of the photon, the wave-particle duality of the photon. In the case of a radiation accident occur radioactivity and ionizing radiation. This leakage can be described using the special theory of theory of relativity. On the basis of this informationwas created an educational text that was adapted to the capabilities of students of Civil crisis preparedness.

The benefits of accelerator program of czech warmblood mares for sport and breeding

In the following lines my thesis, I find that the mares included in the accelerator program further used in breeding, and whether the AP contributes or is a certainty for an increasing number of foals CT and whether the results of the evaluation mares at 3 years indicator of the quality and success of mares themselves and their foals in another sports career. I will also try to assess whether the inclusion of subsidies received in mares AP exploited to the full, which depends on the number of foals born via.

Potential of cholesterol-loaded cyclodextrins and low density lipoprotein for increasing the efficiency of cryopreservation of epididymal sperms in stallions

In the case of sudden death or injury stallion reproductive system or necessary castration preventing the collection of semen can to preserve the genetic potential of exceptional individuals take advantage of epididymal sperm. Virtually the only way, how to preserve fertilizing sperm POTENTIAL for long time IS cryopreservation. However, this process induces irreversible changes that are the cause of the reduced number of sperm capable of fertilization after thawing. Epididymal sperm cells have properties different from the ejaculated, harder to keep. Therefore, they are constantly looking for ways to streamline their cryopreservation.
GENERAL most commonly used cryoprotectants include glycerol and Egg yolk. Despite the positive effects is glycerol toxic to cells and Egg yolk also contains ingredients that act on sperm metabolism negatively. Increasing the efficiency of cryopreservation protocols themselves likely to be achieved by replacing toxic components while leveraging industry-produced active yolk fractions.
Submitted dissertation topic itself will deal with the use of cholesterol-loaded cyclodextrins Along with low density lipoproteins, the cryopreservation of epididymal sperm.
Main method: HPLC, Western blot, electrophoresis, fluorescent labels, computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA).

Evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching vocational subjects depending on physical activity before schooling.

The period of transition to secondary school brings substantial changes in the requirements for study obligations, autonomy, communication, expression, or separated from their families in the form of staying at the dormitory. Students enrolled in sport centers, in addition to these changes, still struggling with the responsibilities associated with sport. Because they are students first through fourth grades of secondary schools and secondary vocational schools, an age when image self-I am, what I believe in, arises in interactions with the outside world and their own experience, plays a very important role to influence the environment, educators, teachers and trainers, with which students spend most of their time in practice. This study looks at students comprehensively in terms of personal development as a multifactorial biopsychosocial unit, in terms of cognitive and motivational processes, states and properties from the perspective of social psychology dealing with the interactions, relationships and communication, psychology of individuals within the social group and its importance for the development of the individual . It monitors conditions and educational outcomes in terms of educational psychology, dealing with forming properties, opinions, attitudes and value orientation from the perspective of educational psychology.

Training of a Young Horse

Aim of this work is to gather information about correct process of young horse training. This work presents opinions of specialists (for example Záliš, Bílek et al. et al., Paalman, Dillon, Beran and others) and offers view of traditional approach to young horses with addition of modern science´s findings. In the beginning of this work will be covered the topic of imprinting and weaning and impact of those events on life and work of a young horse. Further more, this work addresses the topic of basic training, under the saddle and in harness.

Farriery and its importance for the use of horses

This work focuses on a farriery from the beginning of its history , through Middle Ages and Modern Era until present day. From barefoot horses through hipposandals through to nailed horseshoes toward modern specialities such as plastic "glued on" horseshoes and footwear.
Mentions the anatomy of the horse hoof. The knowledge of anatomical structures and functionality of a hoof is crucial for horseshoeing and for barefoot walk as well. The ancient farriers were aware of this and merely thanks to their knowledge of anatomy and physiology of limbs they were able to cure most of the diseases of horse hoof at that time. Today these skills are just as important for chosing the right shoeing as well as customizing the conventional horse shoe to a particular horse.
Further deals with the characteristics and materials used for production of horseshoes , their different types and tools used by farriers.
Care of hoof is essential ,the regular care and especially the treatment before shoeing - (often neglected) which makes it far easier for the farrier.
The main point of the work is farriery acts including corect selection of horseshoes and their shaping. I also mention pros and cons of horseshoeing.
The most extensive chapter addresses horseshoeing of horses for different utilization, racing horses working at high speeds , draft horses for labour or horses for tourism. I focus on horseshoeing based on utilization and performance of the horse.
The integral part of this work is a chapter condemning horseshoeing as such, stating different opinions from so-called barefooters presenting us with the other point of view
Finally, points to the alternative ways of horseshoeing and their pros and cons.
