Claims and Duties of Employers vis-a-vis the Labour Office

This thesis includes the basic concepts related to the labour market and deals with the demands and obligations of employers towards the job centre. In the theoretical part of my thesis these claims and obligations are summarized and there are also described the significant changes that have occurred in this area in connection with the newly implemented social reforms on 1 January 2012. The practical part of my thesis relates to active employment policy and retraining.
The Role of Education on the Labour Market

The work is aimed at graduates of secondary schools and universities and their application of a field of study in the current employment in the labor market in the Czech Republic. Fields selected based on its own questionnaire survey, are characterized from various aspects. Subsequently, the graduates with the knowledge gained in these areas and examined the correspondence of the training with the field work.Hypotheses about the most common causes of these disagreements are tested in the practical part. Based on these results recommendations are made to enrich what schools teach or modify the profile of their future graduates in line with the demand for labor in the labor market and any other requirements of employers.

This thesis describes the basic background and context of the topic. Summarizes the most important duties of employers to the the Labour Office according to Law on employment, and summarizes the claims of employers towards the Labour Office with an emphasis on active employment policy. It is outlined the problem of illegal labor. Individual chapters currently ongoing legislative changes that relate to this topic. The practical part contains an example illustrating the benefits of employing people with disabilities and development funds for active employment policy contributions.

The topic of my thesis are disabled persons in the labour market in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of my thesis is the focuse on the definition of basic concepts, such as the labour market, the definition of persons with disabilities, an active employment policy and its instruments, etc. In the practice of comparing two regions, namely Region Vysočina and Jihočeský Region in the employment of persons with disabilities.
Pension System in the Czech Republic and its Future Prospects

The bachelor thesis deals with the pension system of the Czech Republic, its forthcoming reform and examines the adaptability of people to the planned changes. The theoretical part of my thesis gives an overview of the issue: the impact of demographic factors on the existing pension system, types of financing the pension system with focusing on continuously financing and funds, types of pension systems in different countries, explaining the reasons and objectives of pension reform and finally summarizes the current reform proposal, along with commentary on the disputed points and positives. The practical part is based on data obtained from a questionnaire survey and examines the relationship of specific factors (age, education, income, etc.) and willingness of people to save money for their contributions beyond the required additional funds for retirement. This thesis is also evaluating the influence of all these factors on deciding on the proposed transition to a funded pillar. At the end of the thesis there is a conclusion where is an assessment of potential success of the proposed reform.
