The morforegulators use at the winter wheat

The purpose of this diploma thesis was to assess the effect of morphoregulators on yield elements and total grain yield. The experiment was carried out in 2021 and contained 5 individual variants with 3 repetitions. One of them was just for a con-trol and no application of growth regulators took place in it. In other variants, the active ingredients chlormequat chloride, mepiquat chloride, prohexadione, trinexapac ethyl and ethephon were changed. The numbers of applications were also different, with variants 2 and 5 being regulated three times and variants 3 and 4 being regulated just two times. The experiment was carried out on the farm belon-ging to Mr. Hruška in the town of Želetava, located in the Vysočina region. The results showed that regulating plant growth may not always be beneficial. In some periods, it is rather harmful. The most important compared parameter - the grain yield - was the highest in the control variant. In this case the grain yield ran-ged between 8,80 t.ha-1 and 9,94 t.ha-1. The lowest yields were achieved by the most intensively regulated variants - 2 and 5. Growth regulators also had an effect on plant numbers, numbers of shoots, grain quality parameters and, of course, on plant height, for which morphoregulators caused significant differences.

Stanovení koncentrace pachových látek v intenzivním chovu drůbeže na hluboké podestýlce

The production of emissions of odorous substances, which are mainly produced in the livestock breeding, is growing with the increasing intensification of agricultural production. This bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring of odor emissions arising from intensive poultry farming on deep litter Measurements were carried out in the broiler fattening hall located in the company called Farma u lesa in Sudoměřice u Bechyně. Monitored emissions were evaluated in 2019. The samples were evaluated by the dynamic olfaktometry, which is, according to the standard ČSN EN 13 725, the reference method for determing the evaluation of emissions of odorous substances from livestock breeding. The resulting odor emission values ranged from 0,02 to 0,27 OUE . ks-1 . s-1. The results were compared with the recommended emission values given in the BREF reference document and it can be claim that the odor produced from this company is in low values.

Current aspects of the fraud crime under section 209 criminal code of the Czech republic

Current aspects of the fraud crime under section 209 criminal code of the Czech republic Abstract The author deals with theoretical and practical issues related to the fraud crime, which is one of the enriching property crimes. After the theft and damage to a thing of another, fraud has been the third most frequently committed property crime in the Czech Republic. Except of its topicality, the reason for choosing the topic of the Master's thesis is mainly the considerable variability of this crime. Law enforcement authorities encounter different modes of committing (modus operandi) this crime in practice. The presented work describes the historic developmental tendencies of codification of fraud and then looks into the individual changes (amendments) of criminal code in the Czech Republic related to fraud crime. Furthermore, there is a detailed analysis of fraud crime under section 209 of the Criminal Code and the interpretation of selected legal features. For this purpose it was mainly drawn from current precedens (case law) that significant influences the practice of law enforcement authorities. The author of the thesis subsequently presents a concept of obvious carelessness that could easily avoid by the injured person. The concept is applicable in legal qualification of the act. Dopady pěstování palmy olejné na ostrově Kalimantan v Indonésii

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the impacts of the development of oil palm planting in Indonesia on the environment and social community of the local population in the selected region Kalimantan on the island Borneo. In next step the thesis focuses on the possibilities of using palm oil, the economic causes of the oil-palm planting and political background of the issue. The work also deals the possibilities of solving the assessment of the sustainability of planting and related certification companies producing and trading with palm oil.
