(in English): At the beginning of this bachelor thesis, the reader will get acquainted with the basics of distraint proceeding. I am going to be dealing primarily with the analysis of the record management in bailiff office. I am also going to focus on execution and methods of record management in bailiff office. Then I will describe record management practices carried out in a specific bailiff office. I will explore the current status of record management in the office, emphasize the positives, highlight negatives and suggest possible solutions for the future. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of russian educated society - the intelligentsia without difference in the origin - in the period when gained its own identity, delimited its ideological grounds and imperatives and had fragmentary tendentions to create the civil society. By institutionals and individuals examples from noble- and raznochintsy intelligentsia is analyzed at the first private and then public socializing. It is related to describe of the creation of beginnigs of the public space and related public opinion. The thesis is therefore concerned with particulars social platforms, in which russian intelligentsia was engaged at that time, especially masonic lodges, salons and clubs. The result of thesis should be the analysis of the development of the educated russian society in the time before Decembrists uprising, the analysis of intellectual potential of this society, its mental emancipation and its diverse activities. The thesis draw from unpublished archival sources, editions and from the latest specialized literature. Methodologicaly, the thesis is based on concepts of social, cultural and intellectual history on background of biographical method and with marginal use of concepts of history of mentalities and gender history. Stephan Wilhelm Kinsky as the Imperial Envoy in Russia of Peter the Great, 1721 - 1722. Acta Legationis Moscoviticae or Diplomatic Relations as a Early Modern Source.

The aim of presented dissertation is the analysis of diplomatic relations Acta Legationis Moscoviticae. These relations are reports, which were sented to Vienna by imperial envoy Stephan Wilhelm Kinsky during his activity on the tsarist court in Sankt-Peterburg and Moscow in 1721-1722. On the basis of this source, the main interest is concentrated on the course of Kinskys diplomatic mission and on tasks, which he should fulfil as the envoy. The dissertation, beside other things, puts the task to evaluate diplomatic relations as the source for history of diplomacy and history of international relations. In the dissertation is introduced life and career of Stephan Wilhelm Kinsky and his personality. The attention is also paid to the most importants measures of Peter I. in defined period, mainly the concluding of Treaty of Nystad, proclaiming Peter as Emperor of All Russia and issue of manifesto about successory. The dissertation also tries to depict the turning period in Russian Empire after the end of Great Northern War and focuses on the atmosphere of court society at that time. From sources to the relationship of Czech writers to Russia in second half of the 19th century: Julius Zeyer and Josef Holeček

The aim of this Bachelor's work is to describe the relationship of two prominent Czech writers to russian tsarist empire in second half of the nineteenth century on the basis of their visits in Russia. The author of the Bachelor'work focuses on the work with the primary sources, placed in the Památník národního písemnictví (correspondence in the fund Julius Zeyer, Josef Holeček and in the funds of recipients of correspondence) and with the secondary sources, mainly of literary character (Ondřej Černyšev by Zeyer, Zájezd na Rus and Ruskočeské kapitoly by Holeček). On the basis of analysis of the sources - with the emphasis on the sources of the primary character (correpondence) - the author focuses on personal experiences of both writing figures, their engagement in Russia and the opinion on local political events. It will be also take account on the way, how was the attitude of the writers to tsarist empire reflected in their own writings.
Intellectual background of the court of Catherine II. the Great

The aim of this presented Bachelor's work is to familiarise potential readers with the intellectual development status of the Russian Empire during the reign of Catherine II the Great through an analysis of the influence of intellectuals within and close to the czarina. Attention is devoted to the central position of the czarina itself as an intellectual centre and to activities of important scientific institutions and main scientific disciplines. The work also focuses on the origin and nationalities of intellectuals (Russians, Germans, and other nationalities), the development of education and individual cultural fields. The activities of freemasons and their contacts and relationship with the czarina and role of female intellectuals are also presented. Emphasis is placed on issues regarding the social origin of Russian intellectuals and the degree of their dependence on the state.
