Hodoor – electronic attendance system
Predný, Patrik ; Hojdík, Matěj (referee) ; Hejátková, Edita (advisor)
This thesis deals with the issue of attendance recording. The aim of the thesis was to design a solution and then create a hardware terminal for the electronic attendance system. The whole system is based on the latest web technologies using the Raspberry Pi hardware, for the client terminal. Future use of the device is possible for both home and commercial use. The whole system was distributed globaly as Open Source project. The result of thesis is a physical prototype of a client terminal, based on the Raspberry Pi platform, Electron based application for terminal and a web application communicating with the server solution.
9DOF module for orientation measurement
Hojdík, Matej ; Šebesta, Jiří (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with a design of 9DOF module for the evaluation of orientation in space. The thesis includes a theoretical description of sensors, mathematical apparatus for rotating and the Kalman filter. The practical part deals with the design of hardware, firmware and software, whereby the mathematical formulas set out in the theoretical part are applied. In the last part a testing of the created module is presented.
Terrarium control unit
Hojdík, Matej ; Štohanzl, Milan (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this work was to create system for tempereture, humidity and light regulation of terrarium including programmable water dispenser. In this work there are described suitable modules for regulation of required parameters. Subsequently there is described hardware solution of regulation unit with suitable user interface. In the end there is designed firmware for microprocesor.
