Optimalization of bus roof glueing
Jaroš, Vojtěch ; Halamík, Tomáš (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The main object of this master´s thesis is to increase productivity glueing and lowering the weight of the bus roof while maintaining its toughness. The first part describes the present glueing technologies. Subsequently, there is adduced theoretically various hypothesis about the glue seam. The proposed solution is to use the glue containing accelerators. Two glues from the companies DINITROL and SIKA are suggested and compared. The following chapter details the suggested technology and describes its possibilities. The final part presents the project of ultralight roof made from sandwich panels.
Effect of surface on bonded joint
Trhoň, Vojtěch ; Halamík, Tomáš (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master’s thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part are these topics: bonding theory, treatment of bonding surface, types of adhesives, adhesives in the transportation industry and construction and stress of bonded joints. In the second part of this thesis is experimental evaluation of the effect of surface of material on strength of bonded joint.
Cyanoacrylate adhesives in industry
Novák, Libor ; Halamík, Tomáš (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis is processed as an experimental verification of properties of cyanoacrylate adhesives Loctite and SikaLock. The experiment compares properties of mentioned adhesives on ten different materials. These Materials were glued to the overlap joint. After bonding one part of samples were left usual conditions and the second part was put into the kataplasma, where the samples were exposed extreme conditions (high wetness and temperature). The next step was a test for shear stress. Measured values were recorded in graphs, for each pasted material.
