This diploma thesis deals with the motivation and remuneration of employees in the company, which wished to remain anonymous for these purposes. The work is divided into three parts. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge related to the topic, which leads to the processing of the following analytical part. There is an analysis of the company with a focus on the system of motivation and remuneration of the employee and a subsequent questionnaire survey among employees. Based on the findings, the last part sets out proposals and measures to increase employee satisfaction and motivation.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the analyzed company, using the methods of financial analysis for the period 2014-2018, with the aim of creating proposals for its improvement. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part contains the introductory word and the main aim of the work to be achieved. The second, theoretical part, describes selected methods of financial analysis, which are subsequently applied in the third part, practical. The last part is devoted to recommended suggestions to improve the situation of the company.

The phenomenon "livre de poche" and it´s place in French book production

Abstract The thesis is focused on pocket books and their place in the French book production. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, French and world history follow short introduction. The second part gives information about publishers publishing these books, their book series and the attitude of publishers regarding number of books and authors published in 2012. The last chapter of this part presents different cultural events connected with these books. The last part contains economic dates and prognoses of future development.
