The subject of the master´s thesis is to develop a business plan for a new guesthouse in tourist area in Šumperk. A part of the work contains theoretical findings, I mean something about tourism and business, also explains the basic concepts and specific business methods. Analytical part evaluates the market environment and individual analysis. The output of this work is developing a business plan, describes the realization, complexity and risk of the project.

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on evaluation of a financial situation of the company Holík International s.r.o. between years 2011-2015. The main goal of the thesis is to review the financial situation of the company and formulate suggestions for its improvement. A part of the work contains theoretical findings, the company is introduced in the second part. Analytical part deals with calculation of financial ratios. The output of this work is a set of recommendations for better results.
