Effectivity of educational programme of National Institute of Further Education from the perspective of teaching assistants

The diploma thesis deals with the effectiveness of the educational program of the National Institute of Further Education in Prague (National Institute of Pedagogy) from the point of view of its graduates, teaching assistants. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the specifics of the profession of teaching assistant in the Czech educational context. The mentioned theoretical area leads to a key topic, which is the education of teaching assistants. It also includes mapping the results of research already carried out. The empirical part contains an analysis of the educational program for teaching assistants, implemented by the National Institute of Further Education in Prague (National Institute of Pedagogy). Subsequently, it presents the results of the effectiveness of the educational program in terms of graduates of the qualification course in the profession of teaching assistant. The research investigation showed that the study at National Institute of Further Education in Prague intended for teaching assistants achieves a very high, almost maximum degree of efficiency.
Effectivity of educational theatre workshops of selected Czech theatre scenes

This thesis is aimed at the educational potential of theatre arts in a relationship to its recipients which are children of a younger school age and to its other actors like theatre lecturers and teachers. In the theoretic part of the thesis are defined the specifications of theatre art aimed at a child spectator in terms of a content of the theatre inscenations, school as a partner of cultural institutions, work with the audience, accompanying programs and its developers. The theoretic part of the thesis also maps already realized studies in the field of theatre education. The empirical part of the thesis is an effort to find out the educational efficiency of the theatre workshop programs, these being realized by a professional Czech theatre scenes, and reveals the methods of utilization of the educational potential of these programs by theatre lecturers and teachers. Research investigation showed a high effectivity of these programs in terms of personal and social growth of its recipients, specifically developing their key competences.
Education of audience in Czech theaters nowadays ( Educational drama from the other side)

Bachelor thesis describes the impact of theater lectors in specific czech theaters and educational methods of their work with a child spectator. In theoretical part of this thesis is defined general problematic of education of the spectator, approach of the theatrical art to the child spectator in particular. Further is presented a goal and content of a work of theater lector and definition of his relation with school environment. Practical part shows two models of impact of theater lectors in czech theatres with focus on educational methods used when working with child spectator.
