Subject of this diploma thesis is a design of a newly built accommodation and relaxation centre Resort Sázava. The structure is located on a sloping plot near town Sázava, in Kraj Vysočina. The locality is situated in preserved area Žďárské vrchy. The facility is divided into three buildings by their function. The buildings have rectangular shapes and have gabled roofing. The resort offers services of accomodation, boarding, conferences, relaxation and sports. The whole facility was designed in architectural study along with its functional linkups. Object SO 01 with restaurant and conference rooms was designed in detailed design documentation.

Retirement home

It handles about a „Retirement home“ named project (3 floors, with a partial basement, building on a slight slope). The base structure is of reinforced concrete strips. The walls of the basement are made with the application of hidden formwork type system BEST. The bearing and non-bearing walls are of majority used silicate bricks. The staircase structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete 2x brokem slab. For ceilings slab panels, are used Spiroll. The building is finished with a single layered flat roof.

Family Residence in Zemianska Olča

This bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house, which is designed as a two-floor. On the first floor, there is the technical ground of the house, laundry room, garage, bathroom,bedroom and living room with kitchen. The second floor is used only for residential purposes. The building is designed as a stand-alone house on a flat terrain. The roof is designed as a flat roof.

Log Guest House on the Silver Courtyard in the Jihlava

The aim of this master´s thesis is to design a log house on a particular parcel near the city of Jihlava in locality called Silver Courtyard. There will also be designed a shooting range for shotguns and rifles with facilities for shooters on this plot. There are also designed cottages for four and eight people, which will be placed between the log house and the shooting range on the edge of the pond. The log house will include a swimming pool, a whirpool bath, restaurant and two lecture halls. Wall structure is designed from wood sandwich system from OK Pyrus. The log house has a partial basement where are garages and technical support for the operation of the building. On the ground floor are all operations. Attic is only for guests. The log house is covered with a gable roof with insulation above the rafters for the use of aesthetic perception of the supporting truss. Covering is from the folded concrete. The overall concept is based on a proposal of the smallest possible heat loss.

Dog Shelter with Veterinary Facilities

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of this closed area of the shelter dogs with veterinary facilities and administration shelter in a specific location in the outskirts of Bystřice pod Hostýnem, street Meziříčská. It is a building amenities. In addition to the project itself is part of the job specialization - health and technical installations and connections. The work was developed in response to a bachelor thesis. The intention is to create a functional device with everyday hour, which will be provided by 7 employees. Given that the region is not represented such a device, its implementation will meet the requirements and demands of citizens of the town but also surrounding communities. The capacity of the shelter is designed based on the client's requirements with the possibility of placing domestic animals in max. Of 50 dogs, 50 cats and 16 small animals. Unless capacity is full, the device can be used as an animal hotel. In its own proposal, the emphasis was on the overall architectural character and design solutions. This bachelor thesis “Family Residence with Two Flats“ is composed in a form of implementing project documentation and it contains all requisites according to the valid regulations. Suggested object is situated on a lot number 2394/8 in Holešov. It is a detached house designed in the Porotherm system. It is a two – storey building with a residential attic and without a cellar. The roof construction is gabled with an angle of 40 degrees. The building is set in a straight terrain. Disposition studies and seminar paper in a form of drawings of details are also parts of the thesis.

Kindergarten in Moravany u Brno

The target of this thesis is design two-floor kindergarten (nursery school) on specific building plot in Moravany near Brno. The target is to create operational dispositive solution which takes account of everyday operations. The new building is comprised of two sections for forty children. There is also place for leisure time activities. There is also emphasis to general visual impression and desing resolution. The building is designed from construction system KM BETA with outdoors cement –bonded particleboards CETRIS on fragment of facade.

Sport Center Vsetín

The objective of the master´s thesis is the design of the sport center in Vsetín. It is a two-storey building, first floor partially sunk below ground. The building is from bricks with a flat roof on two levels. The structural system of the building is combined. The building has one aboveground floor. In the sports center there will be two squash courts, gym for sporting activities. There will be also a restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a playground. In the plot of the investor will be two multipurpose court, two volleyball courts and four existing clay courts. The sports center will enhance the standard of relaxation and leisure activities for residents of the city and near places.

Detached House with Two Flats in Galanta in the Kolónia

This bachelor thesis „Detached house with two flats in Galanta in the Kolónia“ is created in the form of project documentation for implementation and it contains all requirements according to the valid regulations. The designed object is situated on lot number 5184/143, 5184/40 in Galanta in the Kolónia. The object stays separated from other objects. For designing this family housing Durisol from Leier system was used. The construction of the roof is separated into two parts. The roof is made of a counter purlin construction with a slope on two sides. The house is intended for a 4-member family and two grandparents, one of which is wheelchair dependent which is why one of the apartments is wheelchair accessible. The object has two floors and no basement. An architectural study, calculation of construction physics, stairs and foundations of the building are also part of this project.

Detached House with Two Flats in Uhřínov

The bachelor thesis deals with a design of a detached house which includes two interconnected apartments. The property is situated on the edge of the town called Uhřínov, near Velké Meziříčí. The house is intended for a 5-member family and two grandparents, one of which is wheelchair dependent that is why one of the apartments is wheelchair accessible. The building has two floors and no basement. In the southeast part of the property a garage with a workshop is designed. The building is designed to be built from the construction system KM BETA. The construction of the ceiling is designed from reinforced concrete and the construction of the roof is made of two girder roofs with its incline of 10°.
