Design of a kieselguhr filter body with vertical filter elements

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to design a filter body FKS 600 with vertical filter elements for beer filtration. The first part of the thesis deals with the current state of the market, evaluates the various types of filtration and their manufacturers, including its development and historical perspective. The following part uses the system approach for filter body design. The practical part of this diploma thesis is devoted to the design of the filter body FKS 600, this design is based on calculations of the pressure vessel. Assembly drawings and selected production drawings are processed for the filter body, which are annotated. The last part presents block diagrams and cost estimates for the production of prototypes or series, everything ends with a conclusion and summary for practice.

The design of clamping equipment for tensile testing of car door hinges

This thesis deals with the problem of clamping fixture for tensile tests of car door hinges. The aim of the thesis was to design a new preparation that will replace the current one that is not satisfactory. All the goals of the thesis were met, the output of the thesis is a design of a product that meets the requirements of the standards and the customer. On the basis of the control calculations, drawing documentation was created and then Edscha had the new product manufactured. The product has been in operation for more than half a year and meets all requirements.

System for Bibliography Database Management on the Internet

The aim of this master´s thesis was to create a web interface for working with bibliographic quotations. This whole project was created to easy writing bibliographic quotations in author´s piece. The system allows inserting, searching and managing bibliographic quotations. These quotations can also be exported into four types of files : RTF, XML, HTML, a database bib file. The czech norms CSN ISO 690-1 and also CSN ISO 690-2 are fully supported. Whole the system is based on language like PHP which is used for developing dynamic web pages. The system contains graphical user interface, which is simple to use. The web interface is fully functional and it is ready for using by autors of scientific publications or students in schools.

Popularity of Sport Among the Students in the Czech republic

(English version): Title: Popularity of sport among the students in the Czech Republic. Goals: The goal of the dissertation is review and comment on the popularity of sport followed by the comparison between preferences ofmen and women. Method: I used in the dissertation methods of electronic poll usmg a questionnaire and furthermore, I utilized tables and graphs for the interpretation ofthe result. Results: The research revealed, that the popularity of sport in the Czech Republic is on very high level and also the expected trends are positive and no decrease is expected in this respect. Properties of near-horizon geometry of spacetimes

Nowadays, the near-horizon regions of black holes have enjoyed great attention thanks to their role in the popular AdS/CFT correspondence and their specific geometry suitable for formulations of uniqueness theorems in higher dimensions. A strictly general-relativistic point of view reveals also many interesting phenomena taking place near black-hole horizons. Our aim was to investigate how horizon multiplicity affects near-horizon geometry, geodesical distance, radial motion of photons and massive, charged particles, and also the possibility of collision processes leading to unbound collision energies near the horizon. We chose the Reissner-Nordström-de Sitter metric, which, on the one hand, is simple thanks to being static and spherically symmetric but which, on the other hand, is rich enough to enable the existence of up to a doubly degenerate ultra-extreme horizon. After discussing the physical feasibility of the near-horizon limit, we applied it to single, double, and triple horizons, their near-horizon geometries, and local collision processes. We found continuous coordinate systems covering all types of horizons and analytic solutions for motion of radial photons and special or critical, massive, charged particles in their vicinity. Název práce: Popularita kolektivních sportů u mladé generace obyvatel Prahy. Title: Popularity ofsport branches among young generation in Prague. Anotace: Cílem mé práce je zjištění a rozbor popularity kolektivních sportů u obyvatel Prahy ve věku 15 - 30 let a následné porovnání rozdílů mezi muži a ženami. V práci jsem využila metody elektronického a osobního dotazování pomocí dotazníku, pro interpretaci výsledků jsem použila tabulky a grafy. Průzkum ukázal, že sport se v Praze těší velkému zájmu a je nedílnou součástí života mladých lidí. Převážná většina populace ve věku 15 - 30 let sport nejen sleduje, ale i aktivně provozuje. Můžeme říci, že sport se stal v posledních letech nezbytnou součástí kultury mladých lidí.
