Import or export of goods to foreign countries may seem like a simple matter. These forms of foreign trade depands on many circumstances in which include numerous explorations and analyzes. The aim is to create and evaluate the business case of the commodity to selected country. Own part primarily uses methods of collecting data through non-standardized interviews with persons that comprehend the topic. Besides this method was also used a method of collecting data from literature, scientific articles and internet sources of relevant institutions. The result is a list of factors that must be taken into account when entering foreign markets. These factors include the selection of appropriate product and country to which export takes place, legislation of this country, the potential competitors, knowledge of distribution channels, choosing suitable marketing and others.

The bachelor thesis pursues foreign trade comparison and evaluation of the BRUMOVIN CZ Ltd. with the Czech Republic foreign trade in the area of wine on the European market. The theoretical knowledge synthesis provides the right environment to understand the following analysis of the Czech Republic wine market. It was possible to create precise analysis of the European wine market of the BRUMOVIN CZ Ltd. by its mutual co-operation with this company. It is also enabled to understand the causes of the economic growth or slump which are created by internal or external influence.
Consumer perceptions of selected regional product

This bachelor thesis deals with the product B:CRYO which is produced by the brewery Budweiser Budvar, National Corporation. The main objective of this thesis is to identify through a questionnaire survey how B:CRYO is perceived by consumers and whether it is considered a product of regional character. Besides the main scope, this thesis aims to find out the awareness of the brewery Budweiser Budvar, National Corporation and whether consumers perceive it as an important company within the brewery´s home region. In the conclusion the thesis presents recommendations for a prospective improvement of B:CRYO consumer perceptions.
Evaluation of HACCP system in the franchise eateries

This thesis is focused on the general issue of HACCP and food safety. The aim of this thesis is to assess the accuracy and effectiveness of already implemented HACCP system in two franchise establishments. The own research was based on the audit of documents and the current situation. The acquired findings were compared with the legal requirements. The thesis deals also with the characteristics of the particular dinning services and with the description of their overall HACCP system. The audit was carried out with the help of a checklist, prepared by the author of this paper. The results were subsequently compared and evaluated. The recommendations and appropriate corrective measures for both franchises are expressed in the final part of this thesis.
Fair Trade and Czech Consumer

This thesis deals with the issue of Fair Trade. The theoretical part contains the definition, history, rules, certification rules for producers and development in the Czech Republic. Custom work is the analysis of the results obtained from the questionnaire survey, in which it was determined the awareness of Czech consumers and their willingness to buy Fair Trade products. In the final part follows the recommendations of Fair Trade organizations to raise awareness and bring their products to consumers.
